Booked on moments notice after red roof in Kingsport called middle of the night to inform me I would have to relocate for my 2nd and 3rd nights.. front desk was very nice and room was above expected for a red roof..

Red Roof Inns are budget motels. Being in Bristol for a NASCAR playoff race meant this was about all that was in our budget & we would not normally pay so much to stay at this type of motel. With that in mind, we had a good stay. The room was clean & well kept. Much better than some higher-rated places we stayed at in Charlotte. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our bed was comfortable & the a/c worked great. There’s a small lobby for check-in and we had a small refrigerator.

Hotel is run down and smells. Place smells like curry and dirty feet. The owners are nosey and have cameras everywhere. We had dogs with us and they were taking pictures of our car and always watching us with our dogs and telling us our dogs better not damage their hotel. My dogs are well behaved huskies who don’t even bark. As if they’re would ruin anything in this run down painted over jankee hotel. The flooring looks like LVP but is some weird, uneven single sheet of linoleum. The old shower units are just painted over. Our tub had black mold in the bottom. Place is disgusting.

We arrived around 2:30am prior to arriving the gentleman working called to make sure we were still coming since it was so late. When we arrived the check in process was smooth and he had already had the air turned on for us so the room was cooled down. It was very very clean and a great price. I would absolutely stay here again!

The guy at the front desk is always accommodating and nice. We always stay here when we come to Bristol. The bed we had this time was hard but other than that it was a good stay.

Not very clean in public areas and felt unsafe in this location including my car (glass shards from car break-in in the parking lot). Serious aroma issues … I’ve been in public bathrooms that smelled better!! I did get a good nights sleep and that was the most important thing.

Check in was quick because I reserved and paid while on the road. We could hear a big barking dog as we entered the hall to our room, but couldnt hear much from our room a couple doors down. We travel with our dog, so we understand.

The venue is clean, but outdated. One of the double beds had a mattress that should have been replaced years ago. The staff is superior, however, and very accommodating. One of the electrical outlets was dead, requiring us to relocate the coffee maker to another outlet.

This is my go to stay when I come to Bristol once a month! Rooms are affordable and the rooms and hotel itself are great for the price. It's a no frills hotel but they do have a fridge and microwave and everything you would need, just don't expect much more than.a room. Also the staff are super nice and friendly

Smooth check-in. Friendly staff. Good, basic "no-frills" comfortable room. South-facing rooms are fairly quiet. Maybe one of the "best for the money" properties in the area.
