Clean, friendly.

Dated. Because 2nd and 3rd floors allow smoking in rooms, everything is very smoky. Nice bed.

Check in was terrible. I stood at the counter for a minute while the lady laid back in her chair watching her phone while blasting music on her computer. I finally said “excuse me, can I check in?” She looked at me, didn’t say anything. Went back to her phone for another 15 seconds then got up and still never greeted or anything, just asked for my last name. Room wasn’t very nice. Soap left in shower from previous guest, sheets were inside out so were they changed or just flipped, they also hardly fit the bed so they kept popping off, carpets and all just looked dirty, and the entire place smelled of weed.

Not one to leave a poor review, but it was laughably bad. We will call it an experience but still can taste chemicals in our throat and almost slept in our car. Stains on floor, febreeze wouldn't take the acrid smell out of the air. Will not stay with this franchise again.

Had to stand at desk for 10 minutes calling for desk clerk to come check in. Once she came she was on her cell phone and never got off of it while checking me in. Was suppose to have a king sized bed l, it was a queen. The room smelled like urine and was even worse when you turned the air/ heat on. The noise level coming from the parking lot and the Waffle House next door was very loud all through the night. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel was super clean!! For the price I was very impressed with the comfort of the bed and how well it smelled. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Will 100% stay here again!!!

Liked rooms easy to get to over all good overnight stay a waffle house in walking distance. Not bad for the money

Arrived early and was able to check-in and get my room. Room faced away from the road, super quiet! Wonderful staff, very attentive and friendly. Waffle House behind the hotel. Interstate access literally down the street. Gas station 100 feet away. Lobby decoration for the season, a wonderful touch! Great price!

Older facility and my room had a musty damp smell, carpet dated, devices for entry of facility loosly attached.

Breakfast experience was kinda boring. I like honey buns, but I also like other pastries. Hotel was kinda expensive, however, I was late making reservations for the weekend, so that was expected anyway.

The side door that we entered during our stay was always unlocked so anyone could enter without a key card. Coffee and the limited and unhealthy breakfast (honey buns and yogurt) were supposed to be available at 6am but coffee was not made until after 7am. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The first night of our stay a staff member called our room at 1am to see if the car parked infryof the hotel was ours, waking us up. Apache had been calling room to room to asked this question. We had provided the make and model of our vehicle upon check in which would have given the answer, that it was not our car. Regardless it was rude and completely uncalled for. We visit Lexington a couple times a year, but we will never stay at this property again

It served my need’s perfectly. Nothing fancy, but I didn’t expect anything fancy. I’ll stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the area isn't bad, however; the rooms smelt like stale cigarettes, the floor was dump/musty, and the building was in pretty bad shape. I wouldn't stay here again.

Would stay there again. Easy access to I-85 about 5 minutes. Plenty of dining options within 10 minute radius.

Room didn't seem to be properly cleaned upon arrival. Hair in shower, etc. Bed wasn't the worst I've slept on but in a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 5

I seek clean and safety. The room has a slight odor but the floor and sheets were clean. I was concerned for safety. The outside doors were broken and anyone could enter the building. There was insufficient lighting in the parking lot.

It’s a great place to stay especially for the price

We had to wait ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The room reeked of smoke and it was disgustingly dirty ( dried food caked on the microwave and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages). The only reason I didn’t cancel is that there were no other hotels with vacancies. We paid a ridiculous amount of money. We will never stay in a super 8 again.
