Fairly clean. Not a bad location. We did have a confusion (check in attendant error) at check in that required some work to untangle. But she was friendly and bent over backward to help.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was updated, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and was really good. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything great EXCEPT the pool didn’t open until 8:00 am😭. Which means I picked a hotel with a pool I couldn’t use. So, next time I will call whatever hotel and make sure it opens early am.

I stayed two nights for a business trip and I had zero issues at the Hotel. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to any question. There were many restaurants within walking distance and others just up the street. The continental breakfast was a great plus. It was a great location and I had a wonderful stay!

Comfortable bed, clean room and wonderful staff. Breakfast was just ok, nothing like what the hotel website marketed. Pancake machine was not working and the hotel ran out of orange juice. The photos showed omelets but all it was was powdered eggs heated in water.

We had a very restful sleep on this stop of our road trip. The ladies at the desk were so sweet. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold selections.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The overall stay was good. I do think they need someone to check their windows, there seemed to be previous water damage on most of the window seals, so that bothered me and some other patch jobs that I feel I shouldn’t have noticed. But they do have a path to the Amphitheatre and I could hear the sound check from my room, so priorities lol.

I stayed one night with my two sons. We didn’t check out any amenities. The room was fine. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no way to log in to any streaming services. This probably isn’t listed on the site, I just assumed they would have smart TV’s.

Overall nice place to stay. Room was spacious and in good condition. Beds were harder than I typically like. Staff were very curious and inviting. Hotel only has 1 elevator which resulted in having to wait a couple minutes from time to time. Also breakfast was lacking but several places nearby to pick up breakfast at. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

There were no luggage carts to bring in our bags after a long day of traveling. Also, the hotel temperature inside was hot and the temperature in the hotel room was set at 74 degrees and didn’t want to cool down after adjusting the thermostat. The room was clean and comfortable, but the temperature made it difficult to enjoy our stay.

A friend and I decided to make an last minute trip to the beach and wanted to do a short stay over on the drive down. I have stayed here before so we booked it as it is a halfway point for us to our destination. As my previous stay here was, this one was great. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable and staff have all been welcoming and helpful. Will always choose this Holiday Inn Express for our beach trip layovers in the future. :)

We stayed there because they had great reviews...They lived up to the reviews! The staff were very friendly, easy check in, the king suite was very spacious and lots of room, the king bed and sheets were very comfy, the pull-out bed was not comfortable for my 12 year old son, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was perfect! The air in the room was very comfortable and I like it around 68 when I'm sleeping...it was perfect! The room was quiet, parking was very easy, my husband didn't care for the hot breakfast so much and I didn't eat it. It was in a very safe area and right off the interstate.
Overall it was fantastic and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect choice for our stay. We will be back. This is literally a 5 minute walk to the gate at Oak Mountain Amphitheater.

Although we couldn't get onto the wi-fi the whole weekend, everything else was excellent. The staff is very friendly, everything was immacuately clean. The breakfast was hot and superb!
