Staff was courteous and friendly, above average. Continental breakfast was well-stocked and monitored. (Waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, bananas, muffins, cereal, juices, and coffee with half and half THANK YOU) The room was comfortable and quiet, the bed was cozy, and there were two sets of towels and wash cloths. Shampoo and conditioner is attached to the shower wall, and it was well-stocked. I appreciated the little book light attached to the bedside lamp—I’m an early riser and was able to move about without waking him. There are two small courtyards with working fountains that add to a homey ambiance, along with the outside seating available for eating breakfast. If you struggle with stars there is an elevator on one end of the building, which means you may need to hoof it to the other end of the building, depending on where your room is. If you’re okay with stairs, you can park on either end, and there is plenty of parking. I will be back.

Some staff one female in particular kinda rude but also seemed to want a much deeper customer relation,,, maybe fluff the pillows

The rooms were dirty and in disrepair and the area was unsafe. we did not stay here but were charged over $200 for the two night stay. They only returned just over $100 of our money. we ended us staying at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and suites and had to pay them for two nights. it was a much nicer hotel and Nicos was a good place to eat.

Near downtown, parks many shopping Plazas and eating. 4th time here. 2015, 2016, 2020 now 2024.

There were bugs in my sheets, hair everywhere, dust everywhere. Rude staff, who were never at the desk. Honestly my experience was aweful and I wasted my money on a week!!

The rooms were gross. Floor turned our feet black, bugs everywhere. Didn’t look like they cleaned the rooms, floors, counters. The rooms smelled bad and overall was nothing like the pictures. I am used to comfort inns and thought this would be the same but it was so much worse.

Quiet for a treat night. Pool and hot tub are favorites

Their hot breakfast had a great selection, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, pb and j etc..

I travel for as a part of my work and this is a great stop for location and change of pace from other new chain locations.

We stay at this location often. Staff was great as usual. Rooms on this visit were not as clean as usual .1st room bathtub was not clean with porcelin was chipping around drain and there was no shower curtain. We were given a new room quickly. All was good except refrierator was fill of rice and the freezer was completely iced over and unusable.

Best Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed at

Never made it on my trip due to the meltdown on 7/19/24. Lost all of my money! No help! Absolute disaster. Left to manage EVERYTHING ON MY OWN.

I like that everything that was offered and it was quiet. Breakfast was good as well.
