I was double charged for my room and the room smelled like straight cigarette smoke and we could hardly breath.

The property didn't look like a Comfort Inn. It looked like something much fancier. It was beautiful and very well maintained. The parking lot had homeless people in it but didn't feel unsafe. No one was bothersome. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was the worst part of the experience. They had a normal variety of offerings for a comfort inn which is good. The waffles were good, but the hot food were not great. The scrambled eggs weren't edible, the breakfast potatoes were dry, and not great. No one in our group ate the biscuits. They had cereal, yogurt and oatmeal as options as well.

The property was very clean and the a.m. front desk staff was great

The room appeared presentable but one of the beds was broken and was attempted to be fixed with duct tape. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it had previous very poorly repaired bathroom. The plugs in the room did not all work. But it was nice enough to sleep for a few hours and leave in the morning.

I didn’t like the location because it was not close to botanical garden liked I asked for and I learned a valuable lesson when it comes to booking a hotel room again

The room had a strange odor. Seemed that the smell was designed to cover another odor.

I forgot some bags in the place and they didn't want to return anything to me, the first time that happens to me in a hotel, it's very sad that it's not a trusted place

Lovely staff

I was very nervous when I approached the building. It did not feel safe driving up. I was worried about our vehicle being broken into. Everything was safe when we left. The door handle-key card plate was loose on our entry door. Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a very long time! Kids running down the hall were noisy but not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was good. Worth the $100.

Our room was extremely dirty when we got there and stuff in the room was broken. The pool was extremely dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Not worth the price of the stay.

Bed was comfortable. Property seemed dated but I think they were making some improvements. The bathroom had an odd smell. Equipment in the workout room had some issues. It was fine for a quick stop on a trip but nothing special.

Relatively affordable price with not bad breakfast, with refrigerator and microwave. Large room size but very small bathroom and sink. Every day wifi has to log in again. Worst, request small piece of paper written room number and tenant number for breakfast. Without that small piece of paper, breakfast is not allowed. Who would keep that stupid paper for a traveler? Other hotel chain your room card is your permission for breakfast. Very disappointed.

Nice place to come to quiet and theirs a lot of choices to gp shopping

To be fair, the hotel is being refurbished, but they are a ways away from getting it done. If you just need a place to sleep, the price is right.

Everything was great. Staff and facilities at hotel were good. Only thing was that there was weird smell from the carpet in our room. Other than that we had a great time and everything went smooth. Will book again in the future

It was a good place, clean, comfortable, convenient. The room suited our needs for the night. A runner at the foot of the bed would have been nice given the pure white comforter. Water jug in lobby was empty when we arrived, but it was about 9pm. Breakfast was okay, not outstanding, but we were fed. Would have enjoyed some fresh fruit.

Carpet was soiled with what appeared to be oily footprints

Very unsafe around the property. You know it’s bad when the hotel doesn’t have cameras and puts up signs that say “we aren’t responsible for your stolen property”

Broken bathroom ceiling, toilet that doesn’t flush, clogged shower, dirty comforters and sheets on both beds, broken refrigerator ☠️ same boring breakfast every day😫 very trashy and basic hotel. If you have any other option go there.

I stayed for 3 nights for work. As stated in other reviews, renovations are currently happening on the outside of the building, but did not occur outside working hours. The bed bugs reviews got me worried, but I didn't see any signs in room 303. The king bed was very comfortable and its cleanliness was up to standards. The room's cleanliness in general was good, only the carpet was very old and stained; it was the kind of carpet that you prefer keeping your shoes on. The age of the carpet is probably the cause of the musty smell in the room that could be managed while keeping the window open in the evening. The AC was running fine and not too noisy at night. The hot breakfast was fine and of similar quality to any other hotel/motel chain. I had limited interaction with the staff, but everyone was nice and there is nothing they could do to improve my stay. The other hotel guests were also completely fine and I didn't see any difference from any other hotels I've ever been to. The neighboring hotels look a lot newer from the outside. I would give it a 5/10, it's alright but definitely has room for improvement.

We had two rooms for one night. One room was very good, clean and fairly quiet for being next to the interstate. But the other room, although clean, had a bad air conditioner, which rattled all night long, severely disrupting the occupants sleep. They will never stay here again.
