It’s a solid three star hotel. I knew that when I booked. Only complaint is that I had no hot water for my shower two mornings out of four. Sucked.

Front desk staff were great.

The room was clean, smelled neutral and everything worked fine. The linens appeared well used but smelled very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. breakfast was a little late on sunday but we did enjoy a meal each morning. I would recommend leaving some butter out to warm up as it was cold and would not melt on my waffle, lol. Half of the hotel seemed to be under reconstruction or remodeling. I hope they update the rest of the rooms as well.

If a clean room, free of other’s hair and grime is important to you, pick another hotel. Luckily, shopping was within a five minute drive so I purchased antibacterial cleaner and wipes. We cleaned the bathroom, remote, tables and door knobs, the wipes were black! They only clean stay overs every 3 days so we needed to take out our own garbage and get towels from the front desk. The front desk person was nice.

It is a convenient location. But the hotel is under renovation and laundry room is unavailable, ice machine doesnt work, desk, nightstand & TV stand surfaces are all tacky with a substance that doesn’t clean off.

Phone was broken, requested a walk up call via a knock on door due to broken phone and didn’t get one. Had plumbing issues and no shuttle to airport as stated on Expedia. Staff was friendly

This is an older property in need of renovation. The breakfast is ok, but it would be nice if they had bananas available for breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful. Our room was not cleaned for 6 days, despite me asking them two days in a row

As a small group we have stayed here a few times. Staff was polite.

This hotel was very, very dated and reeked of smoke. Probably doesn’t help that the carpet hasn’t been replaced since smoking was allowed.

Garbage bins over flowing in lobbies and outside. Ice machine broken, vending machines not working and found cockroach in my bag after I left. Staff complained of management not caring and not having enough staff. The staff that was there was too busy socially chatting to do any thing extra.

Check in was quick and easy. Employee was friendly and helpful. Room was clean except for the computer chair. The seat and back are tensioned mesh and they have brown and red stains all over them. The room has an old mini-split that is controlled with knobs (no temperature readout). The room is also lacking a thermostat. This made it difficult adjust accurately. Breakfast was good. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price.

Unsafe, insensitive and poor breakfast service. There was a round wagon wheel-like chandelier located hanging at a height of 4-foot above a round table in the lobby. On the table were newspapers provided to clients. If you reached for a paper you hit your head on the metal chandelier as I did. I advised the assist. manager that this arrangement caused me physical harm and should be remedied. He advised me that they would not remove this threat. The next day, the staff poked fun at me for hitting my head. Another thing was the breakfast was never fully presented at the same time. The coffee pot was empty for prolong periods of time and so was the juice. You could never get both at once. Had to wait 10-20 mins. for a morning coffee.

I liked the restaurants that were close by

Breakfast was very good both days. However, check in was not so good. I stood at the desk for over five minutes looking through the open office door while the manage was apparently talking about some problem that happened recently. He never acknowledged me or asked me to wait. Someone else did come in from outside and check me in. He was friendly. Before letting us go to our room, he asked us to wait while he checked it (something about housekeeping). We got in. That night when I went to bed, I saw that the top sheet has a cigarette burn hole with black edges. Hum. That morning when I asked if the desk could print a copy of the local map that's in they brochure they said yes, but the printer was jammed. We we got back that night, we found housekeeping had not shown up. We got clean towels from the desk. Possibly, like many places I have seen since the shutdowns, the hotel seems to be having trouble getting people to work. If that is the case, then it is even more critical that those who will work put out an extra effort. This is your chance to stand and shine when most needed.

This is an older hotel keeping prices low. Rooms were adequate, food was good and the staff was friendly & helpful. We’ll stay again, it’s convenient and inexpensive.

They gave me a room on the groud floor and i was able to park my car near the exit door

Nice small hotel

Hotel canceled our reservation on the day of the stay. Wouldn't ever book this hotel again. Hotel informed us at 4:30PM the night of our stay that they had canceled our reservation. No explanation outside of they "Wouldn't be able to honor our request". I called the hotel and they confirmed the cancelation and said they were "full for the night".

Friendly staffs, the room was clean and confortable.

The worst stay that I ever had in my trip. No housekeeping in all 3 days stay. I requested at the front desk but it was not done. The night front desk staff is super helpful but it didn't compansate for the lack of housekeeping. I’ll never stay in Quailty Inn again.

Friendly staff, clean and functional room, comfy beds. AC worked great which was important with Denver's blazing summer sun. Price was reasonable especially with fridge, microwave in room and decent breakfast.

Property is good they are in a quiet neighborhood

The room was clean but not well stocked with tissue or enough towels and there was not meat protein for breakfast.

Nicest hotel stay ive had in a long time. The man who checked us in was friendly and quick. When we walked into the room we were hit with a fresh paint smell which i was worried was going to affect me but it faded pretty quickly once we got settled. The bed had the most confortable mattress ive ever slept on. We were tucked in the corner of the building so it was very quiet as well. We stayed out late each night of our stay and i still woke up feeling more rested than i ever do. The downsides of the hotel were that there is no pool and breakfast was pretty disappointing but if you're like us and are just looking for a confortable place to sleep while you are out and about i highly recommend

Avoid this hotel at all costs! There is no service. No laundry, no room service and no breakfast. And worst of all, the manager's welcome! A nightmare
