Could hear the neighbour urinating through the paper thin walls

Room was OK. One of the beds was VERY worn out and in need of replacement. Staff were kind.

The room was clean and the bed was ok. Shower was good but hard water. Breakfast was average.

Traveling from BC and stayed the night. Check in was quick and friendly staff. Room was on second floor however no elevator. Room was clean. Breakfast could be improved. Dog friendly. Easy freeway access. Would definitely recommend for travelers.

We had a smoking room!!! It was luxurious and fabulous. If you were an athlete in the 90s you've stayed at this hotel. We highly recommend.

Glad we paid a little more for this hotel than other options in this city. Check in was professional and smooth. Pet fee was only $10. The hot breakfast included a couple of gluten free options, so both of us could eat that meal for no extra charge. And even though it's not listed under amenities, every room has a fridge and microwave. We picked a room with exterior entrance. These rooms are a bit cheaper and convenient when traveling with a pet, but are in a separate building from the pool and the breakfast room, which might be a drag in the winter.

Extremely poor customer service. The first time we used the facilities, the toilet overflowed and we called the front desk to ask for help. The man at the front asked if we needed a plunger. I’ve never in my life stayed at hotel and was told I had to do my own maintenance. When I explained that the toilet had overflowed and we had used all our towels to clean up the mess, he was annoyed, but said he would come upstairs. I asked him to bring more towels. He came without towels, plunged out toilet and started to leave, never once acknowledging anyone in the room. My husband stopped him and asked why he didn’t bring fresh towels or take the old ones. He said he would send towels up and left without the dirty ones. We removed the dirty towels ourselves by placing them outside our door. We left for supper and a movie an hour later. When we got back, the dirty towels were still there and we had no fresh towels. When we called to find out why nothing had been touched, we were told they had been to our room twice trying to drop off fresh towels and pick up dirty ones, but no one was there. They said they didn’t want to leave towels outside the room. We told him if he didn’t want to leave towels outside our room, why did they leave the dirty ones when they stopped by twice? Obviously a lie. Add to that a loud highway outside the window and every drain being slow, the overall stay was frustrating. Will not stay here again.

We had one of two accessible rooms - especially liked the wall-in shower.

Big pool. Love the sitting area to watch the kids. They have a beautiful hot tub in a another room. Because of my hip and knee problems I could not get in. No stairs. Loved the hotel close to number 1 highway

Great breakfast, and everything was very clean. Our room’s couch had ripped fabric and the shower walls needed some mending; however, the room still seemed clean.

The hotel room was clean. The bed and shower were great and the location was good. There was a beautiful park with picnic tables and an icecream store about a 10min drive away
