The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the rooms around you including upstairs rooms. The pillows are terrible. The refrigerator is so small you can’t hardly put anything in them. The floors are vinyl I don’t think they ever clean them, I wore white socks and just walking to the bathroom and the bottom of my socks were black. We were they for four nights and did not get much sleep because of being able to hear everyone. Won’t return.

Very comfortable stay. A little table with 2 chairs was a plus. Wood flooring is much better than carpet. Full breakfast with choice of breads were very good. Refill was done consistently. We used to stay at Vagabond in town for the past 20 years. We've just found a better place to stay for the next 20 years !

I did go thru Bishop but decided to head home and not spend the night. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was very happy with the stay.

The property itself was nice. The complementary breakfast was probably the best part, so much to choose from. My room on the other hand was just to warm for my liking (wouldn’t cool down). When I first checked in and walked in the room the air was completely off making the room hot right off the back. Turned the unit to 65 to get it cooling off it never did fully. The unit kept shutting off, switching from fan to cool (and back to fan). Never felt cooler than 73 in my room. Which was just not the most comfortable. I stay in a lot of places for work purposes, so I do know how to use these units. This one just didn’t work. Overall, ok stay.

I like that the staff was friendly. The breakfast options were delicious. I enjoyed the fact that the pool was open late to accomodate the heat at night.
I took a shower in my room and was walking barefoot in the room and my feet were dirty. Other than that there were no issues with the room.

Staff was very helpful. Parking is challenging due to narrow parking spaces and difficult ingress. Property can't control this, but guests were VERY noisy. Somebody playing drums upstairs at 6am and others talking loudly in parking lot late at night and early morning.

Our room is comfortable and pristine clean. The staff are welcoming and informative on all there is to do in the area.
And the provide the best complete complimentary breakfast that we've ever enjoyed! When we travel north we always stay at the Comfort Inn!

The hotel room was clean, the service good, and the location is nice. However, the air-conditioning system, which is pretty old, was way too loud for us to be comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the room was updated nicely. Check in is stated as 4pm but I had to wait 35-45 min for a room, as they were still cleaning. The lady at check in was very nice.

I would have rated maid service a 5 they were excellent. Everything is dusted, bathroom clean, beds and linens all very nice. The problem is the decor makes the room very drab. I booked this room because hotel has pool & jacuzzi! Pool was dirty and unappealing! It's summer, pool should be prestine for your guest!!!

this is for my 70th birthday and I was so disappointed after doing my research the pool was filthy and not in use that Jacuzzi was gross the outside of the place nasty. The ice machine was broken. It was just such a disappointment. It was dirty. I would never recommend it or stay there again, the room itself was fine and the breakfast was adequate

Hotel is undergoing a renovation and revitalization. Our room was completed, and was very nice. Facility was clean. Pool was a cloudy and had a greenish cast to it. It was 114 degrees F, so keeping a high use pool perfect is almost impossible. Breakfast was really nice, and the attendant was so sweet and hardworking. All in all our stay was a good experience.

The room was fine and comfortable. We were looking forward to a hot tub after driving but couldn’t get it to work. They had a hose in it with water on, but not sure why. We gave up and went out to dinner. My husband was frustrated with the tv because the remote was complicated and unfamiliar. The breakfast was good and we were on our way home after that.

Everyone was very nice to us, and the room was updated. The only problem that we had, in room 228, is the air conditioning system at night was so loud it was almost impossible to sleep other than that we had a nice day.

The room was just ok. The biggest issue, no chair in the room, the only place to sit was on the bed. The room was clean, the street noise loud and the air conditioner loud.

This motel was an okay place for a nights stop while traveling. The beds were reasonably comfortable and my family of four got a good nights sleep. The staff was average, breakfast was average. The place was clean and worked in a pinch, but it was old. If we are back in the area someday, we would likely search for a higher quality hotel before settling on this place again.
What we didn't like: The pool had lots of leaves and needed a good vacuuming, the hot tube was not very nice and the water was way to hot. Finally the road next to the hotel, Not taking about HWY 395, but the cross street had an excessive number of idiots in loud cars/trucks speeding by.
