We stayed for the 2nd time. We particularly love the spa complex including swimming pool and fitness studio, the breakfast buffet, and the extremely cheerful and helpful service team. We'll be back. Suggestion for improvement: please install a car charging station.

We stayed at the junior suite and the room was beyond our expectations. The highlight was the balcony area, which consists of dining lounge and sunbathing chairs. The breakfast buffet was splendid. The staffs are friendly. We will come again to spend another long weekend here. Highly recommended for family with small children.

Good hotel. A bit too hot in the room

Nice one night stay. Nice family room with balcony. Couldn’t eat in restaurant in the evening. There was a wedding on and no room for us hotel guests. The pool was too chilly for us too. Otherwise everything was ok.

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. The room is small, I booked a queen bed and got a double bed. The wellness area smells like sewer and there’s kids in the steam bath. People wear swim suits in the sauna. The restaurant is expensive and very average. The service was terrible in the restaurant. There’s wild boars for some reason in the hiking area by the hotel that smell so bad.

Very quaint and lovely property. Location is a bit outside of town but still easy access to town. Hotel is situated in a forest, could not explore since it was rainy/snowy but very beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are nice and clean, beds comfortable. Lobby has a cool vibe. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. There is a pool/spa and it looked very nice. A bit costly but I believe there was a toy convention in town so rooms in town were limited. Regardless, would stay here again!

Next to great running trails. I would have given a great rating except - no in room coffee. And a hotel shuttle from the train would have been great. Long wait for cab.

Great hotel and extremely helpful staff. Restaurant was great and also a good selection of bar food. Only criticism is that the rooms were extremely hot but I suppose that was ok as it was -1 outside. Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room which would have also been nice

Great location. Just 20 minutes drive from airport, center or Messe. Nice hotel and fantastic bar and bartender. Swimming pool is OK. There was a hot major water shutdown for half a day. That was a real problem. Got a cold after washing with ice cold water.

Property location is backing onto the woods so nothing in walking distance. Rooms are tired and on the second day they had no hot water in the hotel from early in the morning. Would not stay here again.

Very pleasant hotel in the forest

We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of family in the area. They thought we would like it there because of its remote location, thinking it would be peaceful and relaxing. The room was okay for the price. The one big problem that we had was that any time you would take a shower, the water would come up through the drain on the floor and flood the bathroom. We had to put the towels down to soak up the water. We did tell them at the front desk about it and the employee said she would send her colleague up to check it out. That night when we took our showers, the same thing happened. The first morning that we were there, there were lots of little kids running around screaming, not a very relaxing time. It ended up that there was some kind of thing for kids, maybe the fire department, being held nearby. That evening there were not any screaming kids around but a bus full of Asian tourists were staying at the hotel. They were very loud in the halls. My husband and I both had to ask them to quiet down several times.

I booked this hotel to attend a trade show at the exhibition centre in Nuremberg. The info I was provided was that the hotel was about 35km from the trade fair (Nuremberg messe) but the actual distance is much much longer..it takes about 30min train ride plus 10min bus ride....The hotel itself is nice, friendly and very helpful staff. They even provided descent snacks and drinks for free in the lobby couple of times during my stay. The only other complain I had for my room is that the bed sheet is new but dusty, looked like the room has been vacant for a very long time.I would return to this hotel if it was close to the exhibition centre.
