DINNER TO LATE

Clean and comfortable room in a great location with affordable parking on site. It's two minutes walking from the main square and most of the sights, with great dining options nearby. Getting a room with a balcony was well worth it as we were able to sit outside and watch the sunset with great views of the city. Breakfast OK, nice fresh fruit.

Great location, right at the top of the beautiful steps welcoming visitors to Teruel. If you have luggage and arrive at the train station, note that there is a lift that shuttles you right up the cliff to the top of the stairs, and lands you right in front of the hotel. Teruel is small and walkable, so the location is perfect to get anywhere. The hotel has a new wing in the inner building and an old one that overlooks the plaza and the stairs. We were given a choice between the new and old wings and we chose the new wing, but the old wing is but no means shabby, and if you get one of the rooms in the old wing with the terraces overlooking the plaza, the views are likely amazing. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage there overnight when we visited a neighbouring town for the night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely large double room with balcony, very clean, beautiful bathroom. Ideal for exploring the city.

Was shocked to see hairs on the floor in the bathroom and dust on the floor in the bedroom. The coffee at breakfast was awful..the worst i've had. And the eggs were hard and chewy. Hotel receptionist very friendly and helpful.

This was our first hotel stay since lockdown. Everything was very well organised and we felt very safe. Public areas were marked out for social distance and there was hand sanitizer every where.

Modern hotel in excellent location. No particularly special features but everything was very comfortable and in good order - no complaints. We we’re lucky that nobody else had parked in front of the hotel to drop off luggage as it’s on a bend in the old town and there is room for just one car. “Self parking” meant being told that there was paid parking 100 metres away or free parking at the station quite a bit further away and a bit of a climb back up. However all the staff were most helpful including suggestions for bars and dinner; they were spot in these.

Centrally located, good breakfast. Parking was a drag though as it waa down the hill which meant a walk and lift. Room was adequate, nothing special. However there was an awful smell from the drains 😣

Nuestra alojamiento en este hotel no fue una gran experiencia. El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no funcionaba y, aunque le pedimos al personal que interviniera, no se hizo nada, no se ofreció ninguna alternativa y no se ofreció ninguna compensación. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas con menos de un medio metro entre el extremo de la cama y la pared. Los baños comparten la misma estanqueidad. El estacionamiento es problemático pero no imposible. Alojamiento en el hotel dejaba mucho que desear.

Nice hotel. We needed a dog friendly hotel when we booked , but since then they no longer take dogs. But let us in and we’re very helpful. Lovely hotel, lovely town

We arrived by train and it was just 5 minutes walk to hotel! Plus an elevator from park to hotel so we didnt even need to walk upstairs! Carefour expres is a minute away from the hotel. And it is 2 minutes walk to city center the Torico square where we had breakfast every morning in a wonderful bakery. We surely r coming back and staying there again. Loved everything about this hotel!

I know this hotel since 1971, several times I have been there since then so I am familiar with all the evolution that this hotel has been doing

Excellent hotel. Room was surprisingly new and top quality. Breakfast was lovely.
