Front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean but needs updates. The bed was comfortable. Again, the rooms definitely are dated.

First time using Quality Inn & Suites because this one had a higher customer rating than many bigger chains in the area. I can say now that I agree.

Overall very good. One thing I noticed ... We were in 248 and we could hear a high pitched tone when another room had the water running. Hard to tell the source but quite distinct.
Breakfast was very well presented. Staff very friendly. Thanks an enjoyable stay.

It is hard to be disconnected when traveling from Canada with 2 small children. However, that was the case at The Quality Inn where the wifi was only available in the lobby and even there, had an extremely weak signal. No wifi was available in our room so we could not connect with our family at home, our family in town, or with work. We complained to the front desk and they said that “access points had not been setup yet”. It’s 2024. Get your network set up. Completely ridiculous. Would love some money back for the major inconvenience.

Our room was clean. Bathroom needed some work as hotel appears older. But shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Nice dining area even had an on patio. For money I paid excellent bargain

The staff was incredibly nice while we were there. The beds were comfortable but our non smoking room smelt very much like smoke, the mini fridge was off when we got in the room and the fire alarm went off while we were trying to take a shower because of the steam. The hotel is certainly convenient and good for a quick overnight stay and has a good amount of potential.

Much of this hotel has been renovated and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located near People’s Natural Gas Park were we enjoyed a baseball game and near many restaurants and shopping. Room was comfortable and free hot breakfast was good! Would stay again!

Went to turn down bed and found long black hair on sheets. Sheets were soiled and worn.sure they were not changed after last guest. Late at night arrival and tired from long drive. Did not point this out to my wife so we went to bed. Uncomfortable nights sleep.

This is a fine, although dated, hotel. Time warp to the 80s and 90s, folks! I don’t mind since everything works and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is a bit better than what you generally get from this class of hotel. I stop in Altoona a lot and it’s often impossible to find a decent restaurant close to hotels I’ve stayed at. La Fiesta, a good Mexican restaurant, is literally a walk across the parking lot. That’s reason enough for this to be my “go-to” hotel on my next Altoona stops.

First, I want to thank "Lee" for being very friendly and helpful during our stay. He worked the evening/night shift at the front desk. He was great. I also want to thank Ms. Eileen for allowing us to move to another room earlier than the scheduled time.
The hotel overall is fine. The breakfast is very good. The only complaint I have is that the first room we stayed in, 252, definitely has bed bugs. The bottom of my right leg, around my ankle, is all bit up from said bugs. They're vicious.
We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The purpose of our stay was to be near the baseball field my son was playing at for the Babe Ruth Regional Tournament.

Room was great! Staff was great! It looks like its in the middle of a re-model. Room looked great, bathroom wasn't updated yet. (not a complaint, still very clean!) Only weird thing was, I stayed on the ground floor and there wasn't black out curtains. Only had the thinner see through white curtains. Which is ok since the back is just woods, but just a little creepy feel knowing someone can see in. But hotel, room, service, all great!

Staff was dismissive when I mentioned to them that the WiFi wasn’t working. The 3 days I was there I spoke to different front desk attendants all which said “yeah we will do what we can.”

You can tell when employees genuinely care about their guests. All of the staff were very friendly and our needs were meet during our stay. Very grateful we were able to find this budget friendly inn and made some amazing memories with our children. On arrival, we had 1 issue arise and it was handled immediately with much care and attention. We would definitely come back!

The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and was quiet, and the breakfast was as good as you would expect. The bathroom was a little dated but was clean and comfortable. All in all it was a great room for the price.

Was coming into town for a college orientation. The staff was very friendly There were plenty of amenities including washing machines! The hotel was nicely updated, and most of all clean! Our bed was comfortable. It was a very nice hotel for the price! Would absolutely stay there again.

The property was clean and the bedroom was updated. If you get a room with a pull out love seat DONT SLEEP on it. Its the most uncomfortable thing EVER. Besides that i give the property 4.5 stars

The room only had sheer drapes and allowed a lot of light into the room. There was a landline phone to call front desk with a question but phone was not working. Tv was not easy to operate and the satellite had to be reset twice which takes a while to reboot.

Check in was smooth. Room smelled absolutely DISGUSTING, like someone had a seafood boil in there. Very outdated and dingy. Outrageously priced at $170 for one night. Check in indicated no pets and yet I heard dogs all night. Walls are paper thin.

We never checked in because they never received our reservation from Expedia and they were full. I called Expedia and after multiple chats and being put on hold several times ….. 45 minutes later we still had no room and Expedia said they would “cancel” the reservation. You can not cancel what did not exist. No offer to help us find another place. We found another motel ourselves. Poorly handled Expedia……. Poorly Handled!
