My husband and I stayed here for our weekly getaway. This is by far the best property that we've been to. Exemplary customer service. The rooms looked exactly as they appear in the pictures. Amenities in each room where clean and worked great. My favorite feature was the 24 hour store. This is definitely going to be our go to spot.

I left a message for the beds to be unmade so that I could check the mattresses and that was not done. Two sets of sheets had hair on them and the sofa chair had stains on it. The bath tub has pubic hair in the drain.

One of the most disgusting rooms i ever slept in. From blood on the sheets, to filthy grout. To marks all over the walls, it was gross. There were oily head prints on the head board, and wveything was incredibly out dated

The rooms didn’t look anything like the advertised photos—our room was cramped and small, and was badly in need of updating / maintenance. Our keys stopped working halfway through our stay and we were locked out for over 15minutes while waiting on staff to come back to the front counter (which was unattended that whole time). Tiny TV, but comfortable enough bed and pillows and the sheets were clean. The furniture in the room needed a deep clean however.

The location was right off the highway. There is a gas station right before you turn onto the street for the hotel. The rooms seemed brand new; they were so immaculate. The free breakfast was wonderful. There is a fitness center, laundry room. It was perfect. It had everything one would need, without paying for what you don't need. And everyone was nice. I had early check in. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

The room was exceptionally clean even the fridge and microwave. The halls have some kind of scent sprayed in them and its smells fantastic. I noticed small tearing on the carpet and our shower drained a little slow but nothing major. Overall my stay was great and I'd stay again if I'm in the area

Our stay was very comfortable. This hotel was $100 cheaper than most in the area. It was clean, safe and very well stocked with white fluffy towels, iron, dryer, TV, refrig, comfortable king size bed etc. Just like any hotel. Yes, furniture was a little worn and lampshades needed replaced.

The front desk staff were very friendly from check in on Wed to check out on Fri. We had a handicap accessible room which was very clean, with 1 king bed(which was a foot off the floor and needed to be a little higher). The bathroom had a tub with lower side and had a shower chair that fit on side and across the tub. The continental breakfast was really good also. We could smell the sausage cooking from down the hall when we got up in the morning. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at the comfort Inn. The staff were delightful and the room was equipped with everything that we needed. The hallways smelled wonderful. They continue to spray wonderful Air freshener. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and everyone was kind. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave spacious cupboards and a large king size bed. The hotel was also pet friendly for $25 a night as we brought a dog with us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay just outside of the Cleveland area (25 mins drive) and is looking for an affordable comfortable place to lay their head.
Though the hotel was older, it was still equipped with everything a modern hotel would have. Breakfast is also included with your stay, though we didn’t have a chance to try it as we were quite busy.

Good Value for the location and convenience. I had a little difficulty initially finding hotel as my GPS kept taking me on the Highway. Called hotel and helpful staff member provided good directions with landmarks to look for. Tasty breakfast.

My stay was great, room was clean and breakfast was good. My daughter especially loved the create your own waffle station, because waffles are her favorite. I read many reviews before booking here (for many hotels including this one) and I was happy I booked here. My only complaint was a loud barking dog in the room next to me, it kept waking me up and I wasn't able to get a full nights rest. I guess that's not necessarily the hotels fault, next time I might bring some earbuds.
