The room was nice with a nice hot shower aircon was just right. The only let down for me was the breakfast but if that's all they have then they did what they said they were gonna do provide me with a room to sleep in thank you

checked in at 3:30pm. closed drapes in room to stop the sun from heating up room, wiped face on wasg rag an put on bed pillow, ensured door was properly latched (because it wasn't closing proprly) before I left for a wedding when we returned to room drapes were open and rag was gone. the staff went into my room after i checked in. unacceptable!!!!!!!

The building overall was in terrible condition, used cleaning supplies laying in the hallway, paint pealing from the tub leaving huge paint chips . Badly stained window curtains. Overall sense of dirt throughout. Would never come back !

Sheets were stained, room was musty. We refused to stay there and weren't provided a refund. Steer clear of this one.

Nice place to spend a night. The area was quiet and good bed to sleep on.

One word filthy

My two adult sons and I were all flying in from various locations across the country to attend a big family reunion. My sons were fine to share a room, but of course that room would have to be furnished with two beds. As I searched hotels in the area, this Super 8 was the only property which still had a room with two beds. Apparently a local baseball tournament had caused high demand for rooms with multiple beds, so I had no choice but to book at this Super 8 in Havre de Grace, MD. I noticed that the Super 8 franchises have been bought by Wyndham, so wasn’t too worried about things like property maintenance and cleanliness. I was wrong. Overall, the hotel just looks tired. Although my room was non-smoking, it absolutely reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The room was in serious need of cleaning: dust everywhere and carpeting which looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Dirty. Fingernail clippings on the floor. I arrived at night and when I first entered the room, the light switch wasn’t functioning, so I had to enter in complete darkness and fumble my way to the bathroom light switch. I noticed a floor lamp by the window further back in the room, but it also wasn’t working. Why? No bulb! I’m glad I didn’t stick a finger down into the lamp socket. Etc. etc. I’m truly not a picky guy, but this place is pretty bad and being located on Route 40, I suspect that it attracts undesirable clientele. You probably know what I mean. Book at your own peril.

Was run down. Stayed for 2 nights, no housekeeping services given. Cigarette burns in blankets and covers. When we came back from being out all day key card didn't work. No one at desk to reprogram key card for 25 min. My mother had to sit on walker in very hot hallway the whole time. Not for handicapped people. On first floor room but had to walk down 3 stairs to get to room. Only 1 small bar of handsoap none for shower. Smell of smoke all over. In rooms hallways. We got home even tissues we brought had a smell of the room and smoke smell on them.

The room was dirty to the point of gross/. I would have left if I had not been so tired. I informed management but they seemed indifferent to my complaint.

room smelled of pet urine and crack smoke. toilet made a terrible noise when flushed. refrigerator wasn't working. stains on shower curtain. window curtain will not close completely. bed was very comfortable. water was hot in shower, room was very quiet.

the staff were very courteous and helped us with where to dine and see local attractions...rooms were clean and comfortable...will stay there again when we are in the area...

Check in wasn’t until exactly 3, sounded like they were kicking extended stay guests out their room. Exposed my 12 year old daughter to ensuing arguments. Room is filthy! Only provided 1 towel for two guests. 1 ice machine in lobby. Trash everywhere in hallways! 2nd negative experience with Super 8 by Wyndham. Stay clear!

The smell of cigarette smoke pervades the halls of this hotel, annd our room also smelled faintly of smoke. These facilities are very dated and undergo little maintenance as evidenced by the lobby’s ice machine being broken. Signs warning “No cigarettes in breakfast area” were also well in evidence. To be honest, I am surprised Wyndham has it’s flag on this place.

Staff are nice. They changed the smoke alarm battery for us because it was beeping. The cleanliness was fine for the cost. You get what you pay for. Check you bags before you bring them in your house, I did see some roaches. They do have free breakfast, but I did not try it. It’s mostly like cereal, pre portioned frozen waffles, toast, and similar items.

Bedroom was clean and nice but bathroom needs some remodeling. I was in a handicapped room and when I tried to take a shower, water ran all over the floor. Staff was super and took care of my needs.

Was looking for clean comfortable room and bed and it passed

This motel wasn’t properly cleaned. Some sheets and pillows had stains.the bathroom wasn’t clean. The staff was nice. There is parking. The room isn’t big. No hair drier. The breakfast was fine.
