Everything was fine, the staff were pleasant & friendly. The breakfast was so-so, the joy items were not so hot. (Temp wise)

Front desk staff is very unpleasant and can be rude and short tempered. The rooms were cozy but housekeeping could do much better. Towels need to be hung up better.

Staff was great. The front desk attendants were very friendly and the messages were appreciated. Morning staff for breakfast was nice. I did not get the name of the elderly woman working but she went above and beyond to help me with the elevator. My room coulda been bigger I was right next to the elavator so i think my room was truncated. But it was clean and comfortable. Just a lil cramped.

It’s a solid hotel. Would definitely stay again. Had the room with the couch it was very big and nice. Breakfast was good.

The Tv didn't work.One front desk person talk down to me when i requested a receipt for money i paid.She talked to me as if i was her child.After trying to explain to her numerous times i was angered & responded accordingly. Had she listened matter could have being resolved.I left and later received an apology with my reciept.She threatened to put false report to have me banned but only to find out she was wrong because i didn't booked my stay through a 3rd party.

Very good stay. They were accommodating. Some other noisy guests in the hallway, but couldn't hear anything through the walls. Clean hotel. Halls and elevators are a bit dated, but everything else looks nicely remodeled. They texted me before my visit, during my visit and after to check in with me and see how I like it. I didn't wake up early enough for breakfast.

Check in with Vera was great. House keeping didn’t clean my room when asked and then front desk offered to bring towels and sheets even though she was alone... if she had been honest i would have came down right away to pick them up. Broken glass was reported in parking lot but the next day it had still not been cleaned up. Vera was great... just not as happy with other staff. Room was great though, newly renovated and very comfortable.

The only drawback was the pungent smell of weed upon entering and in the hallways. However, that seems to be everywhere in MD and it is not the fault of the hotel as they try to enforce no smoking. Other than that, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. This is one of the better BWI affordable hotels.

We stay here when we go to Orioles games or Ravens games as it's not far from the city & is a lot cheaper. Its overall a great hotel. The breakfast situation is odd as staff makes your food and supervises you as you make selections. It just felt very micromanaged.

The air conditioner did not work. We called down and texted the hotel and they did not offer any assistance. I asked if they would switch our room and they did. It answer. They told us that the air conditioner would come on in 30 minutes. It never went on. The tv stopped working. The ice machine sounded like an airplane taking off. They should not use this room until further improvements.

This place is literally so clean and the staff is very nice. Anything you need just ask for it and they will get it for you if they have it available!

Surprisingly great value and very clean. It was quiet overall. Very pleasant check in process, partially on phone\ app .Drive wasnt too far for supermarkets etc.They had a buffet monitor to keep things clean and assist. We barely ate breakfast but it was ok and many more choices than expected. Some guests don’t know how to speak or behave around family friendly areas we would just be mindful of this. There were one or two weird guests who came to breakfast in their pjs, only to turn the tv up loud or have loud phone conversations the entire breakfast. Overall, we would stay there again but confined to our room.

What I didn't like was only one entrance/exit not convenient for those with knee problems.
