The location was convenient.

It was clean(ish) but kinda old. Our room smelled really weird. It could have definitely be better if we could open a window to let in some fresh air. Super stuffy in there and the AC wasn’t helpful at all.

Low key and quiet. Swan, an employee that greeted us during breakfast was very helpful and kind. Overall, front desk staff were helpful and pleasant.

Upon our first night checking in, the Kleenex box in the bathroom was a empty. I went down to the front desk to ask for a box of Kleenex and they didn’t have any extra handy. Stayed for 5 nights total and our room was not serviced daily. When I came back to the room at the end of our first day into our second night there, the room was not serviced. I let the front desk know and they asked if we requested it to be serviced. Not sure if the guests are required to request housekeeping to come daily here but I’ve never experienced that before. In our 5 night stay, housekeeping only serviced our room once. On our last day, housekeeping came to service the room at 8:30am which woke me up and I asked if they could come back in a couple hours. When I left the room for the day, I asked the front desk if they could have housekeeping leave some extra towels and another roll of toilet paper when they come back. The attendant informed me they were gone for the day but she would see what they could do. When I returned that evening, we didn’t have the items in our room so I had to go down to the desk to get them. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was a nice feature but could use some variety instead of having the same items every day. The eggs and sausage seemed rubbery like they were microwaved but I just settled for bagels and coffee. The drain in the shower got backed up so it needs to be checked.

I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with a king bed so my family had to sleep 3 to a bed. I was also charged 2 extra charges totaling $292 which I am still trying to get removed from my credit card. Each day someone walked into our rooms because the front desk had the rooms listed as vacant so they rented it out. If we hadn’t been in the room at the time who knows what could have happened.

Quiet hotel Friendly stay Clean room

Off an extremely busy road, which isn't really the hotel's fault Pool kind of dirty with people's hair and dead insects floating around in it On the second night of my stay, the hallway reeked of weed after the maid went thru Rooms are pretty dimly lit There was some sort of fundraiser carnival going on right across the street and people that were attending that were using parking spots in the hotel parking lot, leaving no spots for hotel guests to park .

House keeping was terrible. I asked every day for new towels and trash to be empty. Front desk assisted me it was noted and was never done until front desk staff came up and did it themselves. There was trash in front of doors and towels as well as trash at the end of the hall way that was there all week and was never picked up. Even after telling the housekeeping staff and front desk. The hallway constantly smelled of marijuana and the stairwell. Only 1 elevator

Carpet smelled old and dirty,bathtub was missing stopper reported it to front desk they gave him one to put in they went and got it out of another room,had to change sheets on bed,breakfast was discussing the guy said they ordered the wrong food they had the same thing all 4 morning but we had to go out each morning to buy breakfast,the smoke alarm went off after 3am on the second night everyone was running out there room scared and confused front desk guy saying I don't know what happened lady comes running down hall out of a room we quess she was a manner asleep in one of the rooms saying everything ok it was someone on the third floor smoking and they are not equipped for smoking and she was going to have a talk with them no police or fire truck ever came.nevre again will ww stay at this place they need to just shut down we wish we could have gotten our money back.

The man single-handedly manning the breakfast on the weekend of June 24-26 was amazing and provided a very good service.

The property is dated. Upon arrival there was no trolley for our suitcases and we had to make several trips with kids at 12am carrying luggages. Asking the staff for trolley and was told “I have no idea” and walked off. In the bathroom there were several hair strands. The garbage bags never stayed up and kept falling off.

Upon arrival we found the bathroom with human hair everywhere. They gave us a second room which was completely undone. They put us in a third room which was ok except that the chair had either human or animal hair on it. The guy at the reception was very helpful but he could not be of much help bcz he was new to the job. Never again

It was a great experience. It was clean. The breakfast was great. The desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. I used the small gym. The pool looked great! I would stay here again.

This was a horrible experience. The only good thing was the free breakfast.

I will never stay here again. I have 3 children and all we could smell the entire time was weed. The room wasn't adequately stocked with towels, there were used teabags in our coffee pot, the pool had garbage in it and there were never any clean towels poolside, plus the side entrance door didn't lock so anyone could just walk right in. But, the worst part was when the fire alarm went off because someone was smoking weed in the stairwell. It made my family very uncomfortable and not feel safe. We cut our stay short and found something better.
