This is an older property and it shows. The bathtub was either stained or dirty--we couldn't tell which. Three of the four outlets by the bed (two on each side) didn't work--thankfully one did so we could still use the CPAP machine. The door that was supposed to be our emergency exit was broken and not in use, and the handle to pull the fire alarm was gone from the box. Breakfast was just 2 choices--apples or a pastry turn-over type thing, neither of which I can eat. On the plus side, the main part of the room was nice and furnished well with a small microwave and fridge, and the bed was comfortable.

So as soon as I walked in the door the odor overwhelmed me. I immediately asked to see the room he had reserved for me before checking in. When he showed me I was appalled on how nasty and smelly the room was. It smelled of mold, sweat and bad odor from feet. There was stains on every part of the furniture practically. The tub was stained with black marks. Nothing was updated. Just disgusting. He told me he would move me to a different room but I had to pay an additional fee. Since the third party already took my money I had no choice but to pay and stay there!!! I went to purchase extra sheets n towels and disinfectant. Something I have never had to do!!! This was the absolute worse experience for me!!!

Wasnt the greatest place to just relax

They are very friendly and it is not the properties fault but each time I have stayed there, there have been very loud guests staying near my room or even just on the same floor, especially the third floor. If I am going to stay there again if I am not given a room on the first floor, I will not check in!

Very noisy especially on the third floor and twice the microwave in my room did not work and nothing was done about it.

It was dirty, smelled of pot in room and hallway all the time. Was put on 2nd floor with no elevator for a handicap room! The room had a chair that was broken and one that was like sitting on floor

Hallway smelled of people smoking. Bathroom was not clean. Chair in room were dirty and stained.

The electricity was out when i tried to check in, and apparently had been out for hours. Hotel staff were unsure when it was gonna be up and running again. I had to find another hotel.

The light bulbs were out, the power was out for few hrs, the TV didn’t work after power went out, also few outlets were not working nor was the ph in room either.

The hotel was filthy and the pictures were false advertisement of what l encountered. The stench of smoke was so strong considering every door in my area was marked “no smoking”. My key did not work at all and l had to be let in every time by the front desk staff or housekeeping no matter how often l returned to my room day or night. The young man was polite who let me in my room each time. I have stayed in Super 8 Motels before , but never one as low scale as this!

I should have read reviews before booking . It was a last minute booking. Same complaints ONE this not comparable to the Wyndham just because you may have colors or decor shame on the owners! The cleanliness disgusting the stair to the walls need a cleaning and fresh paint. The room being air freshener ! Smell in the hall. Bedding we slept on top of it. From the old stains to the bathroom this hotel needs to be revamped!

The property is extremely outdated. I had booked a suite which looked nothing like a suite, and it did not have the amenities that are sweet house. The TV did not work. The room was extremely dirty and outdated, the walls are paper thin because I could clearly hear the conversation from the people next-door, The staff was not friendly and I ended up leaving a day early because of all of this.

Surprising nice for a Super 8.

Signage stating No Smoking & Fines charged if Smoking in Room. The room's odor of cigarette smoke literally hit us in the face when we stepped inside. Had to open the window & turn the air on high to dissipate the smell. Upon leaving the next day our clothes still had stench of cigarette smoke.

The guy behind the counter was nice and seemed to be a good guy. The bathroom is our unit had a cracked sink, the toilet seat was barely attached, the floor was sticky and the little bug walking around sure looked like a cockroach.it was gross.

The bathroom was not cleaned. There were food particles stuck to the sink and stains dripping down the wall. Really gross. My friends room had the sink stopped up and it was never fixed.

It was supposed to be no smoking, that is all you could smell in the hallway and the room. The room was dirty. There was hair on the sheets, stains on the top cover, crumbs on the fridge door, smudges on the mirror, hair on all the towels in the bathroom and they had dirt residue as well , we brought our own towels. The socket was hanging out the wall where the lamp was plugged in. It was quite a disappointment.

Our toilet seat was loose so I am afraid I might fall. Our sink was clogged. We went to the desk and he gave us a plunger to try to fix it ourselves. When we went back to say we couldn’t get it unplugged, he said there were no other rooms to transfer us to. So, all evening/night we had to use the shower faucet to wash our hands after using the bathroom and to brush our teeth. Also, I’m not sure what is used to clean the bathroom floor, but it very sticky to walk on. I had to wear shoes or socks to go in there.

The entire place smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana that just seemed to get into our clothes. We couldn’t handle how visibly dirty the sheets were so we checked out after an hour and drove two hours down the road to find something better.

The hotel was okay, staff was friendly too, but the facility was mostly and the refrigerator made a lot of noise all night, asides that it was a really great stay!

Towels were dirty and just didn’t feel comfortable at this hotel

The motel states that it is NON -SMOKING but as soon as we walked in, the whole ground floor smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke. I have a serious lung condition, so this was unpleasant. Entered the room and there was exactly NO PLACE to hang your clothes or coats.

A room was booked for my son, he had to check in late - at booking there was no mention of a deposit, upon arrival he didn’t have the means to cover it and since it was late he couldn’t reach me, they would not let him check in. He had to sleep in his car. We will still charged for night one - then the next day, when I covered the deposit - they said was 100$, checking my account they deducted 150$…absolutely ridiculous!

I liked it the area. The hotel was kind of trash smells bad.

It was horrible, we were on the first floor and the people on top made noises till about 3am . Then again around 7am. Bad experience will never stay there again. Room we not that clean nor comfortable. Picture was nothing like the hotel.

Didn't get the king size bed that I paid for furniture was old and antique looking bed was smaller than the frame I meant mattress and for the price I paid for the room wasn't what was shown in the select picture category I would never go back there and stay and I should get half a refund or triple key cash points

Smelled awful dirty soaks under bed stained towels rat traps in the room unsafe with homeless people hanging in the lobby it's was cold hair all in the tub need a refund booked somewhere else did not feel safe
