The location wasn’t bad.

The room wasn’t clean and smelled bad. The bathroom was so disgusting. Towels and blankets were dirty. I also saw a big bug on the curtain.

bed was comfy room staff did give us a first floor room after we requested disabled room to ensure first floor (no elevator) Staff helped moved luggage from hallway outside one room to another- helped with setting up TV and said he would address cleaning staff about something not cleaned on the bathroom light switch

alot of remodeling going on in the entrance area - should be remodeling rooms first, put us in a room that was not cleaned at all ( did switch us to a room that was cleaned ( some what- there was mustard smeared on the light switch plate - I wiped off but stained and also part of the bathroom door frame was missing ) down a hall with maybe one other party and that was it no other persons on that hall there was no breakfast to speak of

The double charges on my card, and when brought to the staff attention, they having to call the property management and them yelling at staff on phone. When I speak directly to the management, she was rude and dismissive. When I finally said I’m disputing the charges they claimed they fixed it and then charged me again at check out . And I still haven’t received my money back yet.

Not much. The hotel was under construction which is fine but they should not be renting the rooms when they are clearly not ready. Also they shouldn’t allow the junkies to roam the parking lot late at night as it makes the patrons a little uneasy. The owners should take a little more pride in their establishment and make it ready and comfortable then maybe they would get better ratings.

*The room wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty and had food crumbs on it. The chair in the room had a used plastic spoon and crumbs laying on it. Which at a normal hotel would have been cleaned when the maids cleaned the room from the previous occupant.*The bedspread on one of the full beds not queen beds as advertised was stained. All of the lamps, tv and microwave was unplugged when we went in. We had to go around and plug everything in to have light.*The tv didn’t work. We had to say something at the front desk and have maintenance come and plug the cable in which was fine but don’t let people reserve a room if it isn’t ready.*The bathroom door was falling off the frame since it didn’t have the correct screws in it. We had to lift the door up to shut it enough to have privacy to go to the restroom.*The guys had to hold the toilet seat open to be able to use it since the back of the toilet sits too far back under the counter to lean the seat against the back of the toilet like a male would normally do.*There was half a roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder and none left as extra. Again not something that happens if the room is cleaned properly.*The bathroom floor was dirty had not been swept or mopped before the room was rented to us. Again this is something that is done by the maids when the room is vacated by the previous occupant and BEFORE occupied by the next person.*I was asked to pay a 100 dollar deposit after I checked in that was not previously mentioned.*When a deposit is required to get the room it is usually mentioned in the terms when reserving a room. I opted out of having this 100 dollars applied to my credit card since I read in the hotel reviews that people were not getting it credited back. I did get my 100 back but beware.*a man digging thru trash and casing the lot late at night and last a woman smoking a crack pipe below our window while we watched.

room was clean, new carpet, new beds and matress.

The location was perfect.

Staff was very rude. Didn't explain how much she was charging my card until after she ran it. Instead of fixing the situation she was very argumentative. already was a red flag because the couple that checked in before me asked for a refund because they weren't comfortable. They did have one staff member that was understandable and Kudos to her❤️
