I dislike that my reservation was denied housekeeping i had to clean my own room that is not good service

Best hotel we've stayed @ in the past cpl yrs. Will be looking into future reservations....

The check-in process was frustrating. Reservation said check-in started at 3pm I arrived at about 3:20pm and my assigned room wasn't ready. I was on a tight schedule to get to NYC for a wedding and the delay in checking in worsened my anxiety. However, the staff did their best and were friendly during our exchange. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not, and the room was stuffy so I coughed through the night, which resulted in not a good night's rest. We checked out early the next morning, so we didn't have the breakfast offered, although it smelled good. Lastly, the elevators are extremely slow. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay, but not for the price we paid and I don't think we'll be staying there again.

Service was excellent and also the breakfast crew made sure all stations were filled of items to eat. The rooms were clean with everything necessary for a nice stay.

Excellent place to stay in New-Jersey with a fast and easy access to Manhattan by bus.

It was really clean and convenient to go to New York the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The bus number is 163.

Clean, very close to downtown, bus avaliable nearby. Parking was included. Coffee a volonte which is a in my books. Breakfast is amazing. Excelent stay.

Stuck in elevator 45 minutes!

I typically like staying at Hampton Inns when I travel but this one had some issues. First the walls were really thin. I could hear traffic and the people next door turning up the music at 1:00am. The staff did address the music but the noise was mostly due to the thin walls. The room also had a smell to it that I couldn’t quite figure out. I don’t know if it was the cleaning supplies or what but it didn’t smell good. The blankets were also crusty and not comfortable and didn’t feel good against the skin. The last issue was the breakfast. It ended at 9am and the dining area was tiny and packed without a seat to be found. Then they kept running out of food because people were hoarding it. Lots of people were taking 4 plates of food (not an exaggeration). My kids noticed and commented on the amounts of food people had taken. Because we showed up at 8:40, our options for breakfast were limited and we ended up having to eat outside as there were no tables.

Good location but NOT walkable to met life stadium (state law.) They did provide a shuttle to a local restaurant (Redd’s) who then shuttled you to station for a $10 fee. Shuttles were redily available.

They have a free shuttle to the American Dream mall and was clean. Also includes breakfast

Great location for events at MetLife. They offer paid shuttle service to another location that will take you or you can drive 5 minutes to the stadium.

I booked king bed double room which from looks of pics it had 2 king beds in room and cost a couple bucks more no biggie. Upon arrival I was given single. All good as long as I would be refunded the difference but that didnt happen. I wouldnt even leave bad review had that not happen and they handled the situation as they should have. If you pay for specific type of room honor that or refund difference in room. Also room had leaking ceiling in bathroom with sheetrock falling down that had patch job done but with leak that patch didnt hold. I didnt fuss or complain tried to resolve but they didnt feel the need to resolve it told me room would be available next day but I booked for when I booked for my short stay going to american dream and didn't want to switch rooms the next day.

There were only 3 towels in a room for 4 people and when I requested more towels I was told that they will bring them, but couldn't give us a time frame, and then we never got more towels. Same thing for the other group who booked with us. The bed sheets were not comfortable, a little scratchy. As for Pros, the soaps etc smelled really nice, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good.

The property itself is well kept. I found the downside as that it is advertised as within 20 minute walk to Metlife stadium but you cannot actually walk. There is a shuttle that runs which worked out but that should be clear in the ad for the hotel.

Good location if your a going to MetLife stadium.

Room was tight. Bathrooms did not have fans, showers steamed up the room. Coffee is by the elevator- convenient for during the day and night, but it’s in a weird spot for morning breakfast.

I had a great and nice time

We were looking for a place close & convenient to the American Dream mall and this was exactly that. Clean & nice rooms and a delicious breakfast is included with lots of options.
