My husband has stayed at this property once before on a business trip with no problem but recently he stayed again and was bitten up by bed bugs which the bites became infected Will not be staying here again

Hotel was being renovated and parking was a nightmare. Also our room door lock kept falling off after being fixed twice by staff. Pool was also closed due to cleaning issues.

The breakfast was very poor. Eggs were in a crock pot and water dripping from them. No fruit, no pastries. Very little of anything. Won't stay there again.

Hotel is old and outdated, needs serious updates, nothing like the pictures. It said continental breakfast, but the only options were cereal and waffles. We will pass on a second stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. When they realized we were traveling as a couple of families, they offered to put us in conjoining rooms. That was great! They kept breakfast items stocked and were just wonderful. We stayed here a year ago and had a great experience as well. We'll be back!

Nice room and close to the dancing venue we come to Show Low for..... a little disappointed in the breakfast this year (compared to what I recall from previous years).... no breakfast meat, and Sunny D instead of real orange juice (too many additives)..

The facilities were old but well maintained. The personnel were polite. The only thing that needed attention was the toilet paper holder needed the dry wall repaired behind the bracket. Part of the toilet paper roll would fall to the floor in room 314.

The manager on duty threw towels at my grandson when he asked for more clean towels. Our son found a dirt baseball cap under the pillows on the bed my son questioned them and said sheets were changed obviously not since they missed a nasty dirty hat. Rooms had odor beds uncomfortable. Horrible stay.

This is a nice convenient place to stay, we have stayed here before in the fall. Staff is nice, rooms are good. But both times I stayed I used the hair dryer in the room and both times these dryers were scary. I thought they were going to catch fire. They are older and really should be looked after. Also no toiletries except for a small soap and tiny tube of I think shampoo.

This place has no business being posted on this site. Filthy as hell! Long black hairs covered both beds. (Blankets, sheets, pillows.) Floors were disgusting, cover in dirt and long black hair. Never swept or mopped. Roaches running across the floor as we exited the 3 floor, blood on light switch in room, dead bugs made up inside the bed. Hated this place. Condemn this place. The photos online are staged! I can’t upload the photos I took into this post! Ugh!

The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the should put non-skid strips or decorations on the shower floor. I slipped twice but luckily didn't fall. The breakfast was good.

I liked that they checked daily to see if we needed maid service or bath linens. The pool was very cold. But I liked that it was indoors. Beautiful views from our room. The towels were very thin and dingy looking. Guests really need to pick up after their pets.

This is a great place to stay. Great staff.

Air cond. was not working well. It would turn off after a few minutes, and stay off until reset manually. Tissue box only had 4 tissues in it. Pillows are too small for a king size bed. They are smaller than standard pillows. I bought my own. Shower door missing, so they put up a makeshift curtain with ugly hooks, but it served it's purpose. It worked fine.

We checked into the first room and had no air conditioning, We called the manager and he said all he could do was change our room but make sure the air worked in that room before we moved our thingsThat a/c worked for about 10 minutes before it would shut off and restart all night. The tv would not come on until we pulled the power and reset the sim card to get it to work. The hotel power went off for about 2 minutes and lastly when we were getting ready to leave in the morning the blow dryer shorted out in my hand.The outlets in the bathroom are worn out and wouldn't allow us to plug in phone chargers. Needless to say this will be the last Super 8 I will book.
