El cuarto aunque es de buen tamaño tiene sus detalles, la cortina que es para que no entre la luz estaba sucia y no es una buena imagen, la regadera del baño necesita hacer una renovación o bien una limpia del sarro de la misma. Solicitamos una cobija o edredón extra y aun lo sigo esperando, no hay teléfonos en los cuartos que es por tema de pandémia pero no hay una señalización en cuarto de como contactarlos, tuve que bajar pero les digo no recibí la cobija. los pasillos no tenían el aire prendido, salias del cuarto y se sentía la mega diferencia, el aparato de aire no se podía calibrar la temperatura, el servicio de cable en la televisión era horrible, no se veían todos los canales, y jamás me pude conectar al internet. El desayuno era buffet pero por el costo la verdad es que no hay muchas opciones, pagamos el mesero jamás nos trajo el cambio, es decir se autopropino :S

I was expecting to have comementary cofee in the room, and also the room was very hot, A/C was not working properly, the staff was outstanding in regards of courtesy and service, no complaints.

Overall, it was a decent stay. I was visiting to attend a game in the Corona stadium. In the future, I’ll probably stay somewhere close. Distance wasn’t a big problem, however, AC didn’t work well in our room. It was incredibly hot and I woke up ready to get out of there. Nonetheless room was pretty clean.

Everyone at the Mission Hotel greeted us. They was very nice and had good customer service. The rooms where also remodeled. Our room looked very nice, awesome, and clean. My wife and I were felt very comfortable there. The AC was amazing! I recommend this hotel.

3 cosas La comida esta horrible, pero HORRIBLE, te ponen una foto en el menu y te traen algo que parece que cocinaron hace 3 días y lo recalentaron en el micro. Las toallas rotas con quemadas de cigarro, parecían mordidas. Ni en la cárcel de tan toallas así. El agua tardaba como 40 minutos en estar tibia, no siquiera caliente. Que pena de administración.

Hotel facilities are old but might been in better conditions. I booked three rooms for me and my staff for one night. In one there was no toilet paper, on the other two there were no towels. I asked for them and brought one older than me and rougher than a stone. Front desk staff was ok, but seemed to have their hands tight due shortage of staff. Wifi never worked.

My family and I were disappointed. Staff was not friendly they looked mad all the time, they don’t make you feel welcome not once did they greet us during our 4 day stay. Towels were very old and AC did not work well even after maintenance “fixed” it.

The room could be more clean. The bed was old and my body was hurting due to this. The room needs a microwave and a small refrigerator since the hotel doesn’t have ice machine.

The hotel is getting the feeling that there is not enough staff to fulfill the tprequirements of the ban quests and the guests, terrible food at the restaurant, I was offered a free breakfast coupon and they never deliver it... no coming back!

The rooms are pretty big but the carpet and the aisle looks really old. The room was clean and all the staff was always polite and friendly but you get what you pay for

The staff was friendly, but the pool water seemed murky so I didn’t go in. Also the cleaning team didn’t clean as well as expected. I still found hair on the floor and towels unchanged after room service

There are NOT enough outlets. There were three total outlets available for charging electronic devices , etc. One of them was in the sink area in another room so you could not plug in your phone or tablet to charge it on the night stand overnight. One was available on the office type table but when I plugged in the wire and unplugged it the whole faceplate came out with attached wires and all. It looked like they removed existing ones along the walls and replaced them with just empty face plates. The beds were uncomfortable and when you laid down on them it felt as if they were filled with water. The hallways were old and the carpet dirty and the hallway itself was super hot as it is not air conditioned. The restaurant downstairs is overall horrible. We broke a glass tumbler and the employee just cleaned it up with his bare hands as if they did not have a dustpan and broom, and he missed some pieces which I picked up myself. When we ordered, our waitress was extremely slow, appeared to be inconvenienced at taking our order and then proceeded to mess it up even though we went over the order (no special requests mind you) twice. She forgot one entree and when it finally came it was unappealing and not appetizing to look at at all. All the food was served not hot or warm but maybe room temperature. One dish was tasty but overall the experience and the food was horrible. I regretted having booked a stay here and wanted to switch hotels but it was non-refundable

El personal es muy amable y eficaz. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. Tienen bonitos detalles. Acogedores. Serviciales. Les falta una caminadora en el gimnasio.

The room doesnt have a working A/C, i had to pay and extra $1,760.00 pesos to get a room with a working A/C. Bed was very uncomfortable. You pay cheap, you get what you pay for. Not wroth it

Las imágenes en expedia no concuerdan para nada con la condición de las habitaciones. El area de lobby y de salones han sido remodeladas, pero las habitaciones no. El aire acondicionado se estropeo durante nuestra estancia y prácticamente el hotel no se hizo responsable. Lo único bueno fue el bufete del desayuno.

The restaurant at the hotel was excellent! The room was comfy and the bathroom was nice. However, our key kept resetting and we were unable to enter our room so we told front desk, they said they would send someone to take a look at the door, but no one did anything. Overall, it was ok, the room could use a mini fridge.

The carpet need to be cleaned

Family friendly. Had to stop to rest. Room was very clean had a good view. Just didn’t like that the restroom door wasn’t working,it didn’t want to close all the way.

The only complaint was that the power went out for like 8 hours, and there wasn't anything they could do about it.

Excellent service, i did particulary like that i got there at 8:15 am and they provide me with my room inmediatly even check in was at 1pm. Good food, drinks affordables. Cleaning crew singing Mana songs... Love it!!

Das Fiesta Inn liegt in einer angenehmen Umgebung und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort hingehen. Allerdings hatte der Pool gerade kein Wasser, was um Juli bei 34°C doch einen erheblichen Nachteil bedeutete.
