We stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was super easy as we came in late. Pool was not open due to maintenance. Room was okay - the plugs really did not hold anything well (charger kept following out). Beds were comfy. Some stains on floor and sheets though. Breakfast was not great - didn’t really replenish items. Went to desk in morning after breakfast to ask question and no help came for about 10 minutes (even after ringing help bell).

I booked the hotel specifically because they had an indoor pool and my daughter was looking forward to swimming when we got here. Once we arrived, we realize the pool was completely closed and under construction with no notification.
In addition to the pool being closed, the overall cleanliness of the room was mediocre at best. The bedding and towels were dingy and shower curtain was stained. Patchwork was all over the shower and some walls as if they had been recently repaired but not fully fixed. Even the shower head was clogged up. Definitely not that up-to-date or clean.

Hotel was fine and super convienent if cisiting Kings Island. The rooms are dated, tan carpet and brown cloth pullout. Beds were okay amd clean. Hallways had a slight musky smell.

You feel unsafe the moment you walk in the door. There is an odd odor everywhere. The room was damp feeling and stunk.the sheets in the room had stains and tears on the mattresses and sheets. We had to check the room immediately as we were nervous to even set our bags down. We took the loss on our money and left to get a room at another hotel.

Called multiple times the day After I made the reservation bc of the recent reviews. I saw bed bugs and mold mentioned multiple times just this week. Decided I’d rather lose a 113 bucks than risk staying there. Word of advice. READ THE REVIEWS before booking. Can’t believe Expedia suggests this place. Good luck trying to talk to someone who speaks English on the phone even down to cooperate. Not worth the risk to my 8 month old and 4 year old.

I originally thought this was Comfort Inns and Suites but after staying here do not feel that this hotel is up to that standard. The staff was very nice but there is not someone present at all times without ringing the bell. There were things broken in the room, such as the toilet paper holder and hooks on the bathroom door. The room smelled damp and musty. There is a hot breakfast which is nice but a small area for dining. Price was reasonable but probably would have paid more for a different hotel if I had known this previously. It is very close to Kings Island which is a plus. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was in a good area around Kings Island and close to the highway. Overall, the hotel looked fairly well kept up on the outside and lounge but there are certainly signs of age. Decor in the room was aged as well. Pool is tiny and viewable to all in the front lobby/breakfast area - not super desirable for our family. The room itself was neat when we arrived and clearly cleaned. Negatives were found though... the bathroom sink leaked onto the floor when run and the AC in the room was dated and did not have enough output. High speed felt like low speed and it couldnt cool the room as it needed on hot summer days.

Neighbor with a connecting door to our room was clearly under the influence of something and was consitantly slamming his door for hours. I complained to the front desk, who promised to fix the situation yet and hour after my complaint, the issue continued. At 12:30 am we decided to pack up and head home, and only after getting my two children in the car, did the front desk employee offer to move us to a different room. The said guest causing issues should have been removed but was not and was causing issues and potential danger to all around!

I really wish i could remember the gentelmans name at the fromt desk or the young lady that is the manager when i checked in but it exscapes me at this time. Any how they both were very polite and prfessional and made my family and i almost feel like i was staying with family. The room was very clean and all the amenaties was every thing i expected as well. Great job

Close to King's Island. Plenty of restaurants around. However, while they are cleaning the rooms, things are so old they aren't coming clean anymore. For example, the towels are so old they're thin and stained. The floor in the hallway looks permanently dirty. The pool looks gross.

I travel quite a bit and can find something good to say about every place I stay. This was an exception. The conditions of the property did not match the ratings. Similar hotels I have stayed at for this price were much more accommodating, in better condition and cleaner.

This has come to be our go-to hotel for kings island. Close to KI, restaurants, and gas stations. Comfortable, clean, friendly.

Property was nicer than I expected- room was deluxe and pleasant. Pool was small, but nice (indoor). Staff was very good. Not enough room at the breakfast area, too small for the size of the hotel. Always a long line for the waffles and not easy to find a place to sit. Room was clean and quiet. Location is close to Kings Island (walkable). I would stay again

The property was very close to kings island! However, we stayed for several nights and never had anyone come put new towels or even change our trash. Having 5 people in the room, these things should have been done.
Half the outlets were very loose and wouldn’t hold the charger in so our phones were not charged well.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard.
The rooms were very thin and you could hear everything from the rooms on either side of you and above you.
There were fruit flys in the room when we arrived. It smelled funky as well.

The hotel is very close to King's Island and has ample parking. Cleanliness is clearly not a top priority for Comfort Suites. This is the third Comfort Suites this year that has had mold in the bathroom and shower area. A little bleach and a sponge would clear it up in a hurry. Please take the time to clean the rooms. A dirty bathroom makes me wonder how clean the beds and linens could be.

When we arrived we had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was locked from the inside. The toilet was broken in the second room. We finally settled in the third room and there was urine all over the floor in the bathroom. Both rooms we were in smelled like wet moldy towels. We didn’t swim in the pool, there was a machine running in there (I think was a dehumidifier) and the cord was laying in a pool of water. The second night I had to go to the front desk to get towels and there was a man there who had bed bug bites all over him. He was so irate they had to call the police. This hotel used to be nice and it was so close to kings island but we haven’t stayed for years and it has definitely gone down hill. We will go back to staying at the Hampton when we go to Kings Island. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Nice, honest staff. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean enough. Comfortable beds. My son left his air pods in the room and the cleaning staff turned them in. Front desk called. We went back and got them. Good breakfast!

I chose this facility because of the other reviews. I was extremely disappointed. There was mold in the bathroom, which was also dirty. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. We didn’t receive housekeeping services. The prepared hot food was pretty gross. I opted to do cereal one day instead of hot foods since I didn’t like it, but there was no milk. Overall it was not worth the money.
