Arrived near midnight and was told the elevator was broken; it remained that way throughout our stay. We were given a third floor room - nothing else available. The bathroom was not clean. The positives: clean sheets and towels, good breakfast. Some kind of notice about the elevator should have been given. I was by myself and had a very sick individual with me, so the stairs were really a difficulty especially because I had to make several trips to carry up our belongings. Not a great situation.

Took a last minute trip and couldn’t find anything else by Magic Mountain. Room was old and outdated. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a hole in the wall, window screen was broken as if someone has taken it off from the outside, room door didn’t shut correctly as if someone had tried to pick it open or kick it open. Breakfast was blah! Eggs, half cooked sausage, cheap cereal the kind from a bag, waffles that you had to make, mix was super watered down, waffles would cook right. Bagels, toast and English muffins. If you are only going to sleep and leave, you might be ok with it. I would definitely not stay multiple days. Magic Mountain about 10 minutes away, lots of food options close by and stores to buy food and snacks.

The 1st room we were given had a plumbing problem with the toilet. Asked to switch rooms but they were sold out so we were offered a plunger. Flushing 4xs & plunging at 3am was not ok for us. The next day, we were switched rooms. Comfortable room, functional toilet however we got locked out of the room prior to checkout the next day. Re-magnetized our keys. Overall it was an ok stay.

The service at the front desk was absolutely amazing when we got to the hottel. I will admit that the front entrance was a little confusing to find prior to walking into the hotel lobby.
The front desk attendant was very sweet and he knew exactly who we were once I provided him with the situation as to what we went through. He was thorough and he was even kind enough to waive the deposit due to all of the hassle that we had been through.
Our stay was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was lovely. Overall, it was a great experience ans hotels.com definitely redeemed themselves.

Overall it was pretty good. The front desk guy, believe his name was Mark, was exceptional. Our door handle broke off and he got us in a new room right away. The key cards for our second room kept having issues throughout our 4 day stay and he was always very friendly and helpful. The only negative things I have to say is 1. The rooms mainly bathrooms and carpet need updated 2. You can hear alot through the doors (could see a lot of light under and around door) 3. The stairwells smelled like old nasty cigarettes.

We had a good time for only a one night stay.

We booked a 2 queen with a sofa bed and we got 2 full and a broken sofa bed. We got in to room around 1:30am from fright fest and when we tried to pull out the sofa couch bed it was broken the mattress was a thin old mattress that was torn springs exposed and the couch was broken. We didn’t use it my kids shared a full bed we were to tired and it was late to call down to complain. The electrical plugs in the bathroom didn’t work I had to straighten my hair with plugs on middle table console. Ac smelled musty wet smell when we ran it.

One night stay for Six Flags. They offered early check in when I called ahead so that was a huge plus! It was convenient, close to the park and comfortable. A bit run down (drawer was broken and floor panel was coming off) but it was fine for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was called to ask if I’d change my room configuration from a 2 doubles to a king and sofa bed to accommodate another guest and I did. We got in late and when we unpacked the sofa bed, it was filled with crumbs hadn’t been up kept in sometime. The shower had no hot water at all the bathtub was dirty and the drain would not close. Which left us without the ability to shower or bathe

Staff was very nice upon arrival, it was a last night book. We enjoyed our stay, hotel was clean, there was a large parking lot so parking was never an issue.l, we used the pool and spa it was great! Room was clean beds were comfortable. Our drive to universal studies was about 20mins. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. One of our rooms smelled like a hint wet dog, and another had a cockroach. Overall the rooms were good. Breakfast had a waffle maker and hot foods so that was nice. I’d stay again.

Gal up front was so welcoming& the room was ok. Got a suite but the sofa bed was not comfortable. Super close to six flags if that’s what your needing a lot of families with a lot of kids and one elevator .If that’s not something you like to deal; I do not recommend. But if you have a lot of kids this place is great !

Staff was very friendly, didn’t love that our room faced the parking lot and the curtains weren’t full length so the window wasn’t covered. We had to cover it using sheets and hangers but besides that, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

The shower wasn't draining, so you had to stand in other peoples filth. Half of us chose not to shower.
