Recently upgraded, all was clean and nice. However, the room was quite noisy with footsteps from above and slamming doors on our floor. When we wanted to check out 30 minutes after check-out time, we were told we could for $25! To stay until 1, it would have been $50! If a hotel isn't full, this charge seems unreasonable.

Exterior and some communal interior areas have been updated but the rooms themselves have not been updated, but could definitely use it. Nothing was broken, but it was definitely old.

We had few last min changes for our plans and Sonja was amazing at helping us. Seems like she was always at the front desk and super quick to respond. Very nice hotel room, clean, and great service just made our trip easier.

When we got our keys they did not work. When we got to the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to leave the fan on high to air it out.

The stay was fine. I booked a king suite. I was surprised that the “suite” did not have a door between the room and sitting area. There were also ants, however the staff treated the ants quickly and it was fine. It was noisy, you could hear every step the room above us took. But it was fine. Nothing spectacular, and nothing awful enough to complain about.

The staff were bery friendly and welcoming. The room appeared clean, however it had a strong sour smell. The walls are. VEry thin, i could tell you word for word a phone conversation our neeighbor had.

Overall a nice hotel with a very nice staff. Great location for those on a tour of "the atomic bomb".
Only issues were the elevator that was just not working correctly. And while I appreciate the free breakfast (nice selection) the premade eggs need a LOT of work.
But i do recommend it.

All three ice machines were out-of-order. It was nice to have the sink separate from the toilet/shower room but that is where the towels were stored so there was no room in the shower room to hang towels...quite inconvenient. Overall quite good. I would stay there again.

Great breakfast selection and attentive staff. Ladies made sure food was replenished. Room and bed were comfortable. Didn’t like that you can hear your neighbors. But the overall stay was pleasant. Best part is that you are in the heart of the town within walking distance to a beautiful park and museums.

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean, but too small for two queen beds. The AC rattled when it was on. It was difficult to fall asleep.
I’ve stayed in many other Comfort Inns, but this was the noisiest. Please upgrade your AC units, and the bathrooms as well.

The hotel is a bit old, but clean, staff friendly. Pet fee is the highest we have paid ( $65 ). The breakfast was great ( used real eggs ), but otherwise very much like most. The dining area could be larger, we had to take our plates back to the room.
This is a very convenient location ( walking distance ) to the Los Alamos History Museum.

Room way terribly hot, AC did not work. It was cooler outside than in, perhaps normal for the area. The whole hotel was hot too.
Fortunately the window opened so we were able to get a fan that helped with the night coolness.
Elevator is in need of some maintenance and repairs but otherwise a pleasant play to lay out heads, with super friendly staff!
Definitely worth the quick stay and drive to!

The property is easy to find and downtown/restaurants were within walking distance. There is a very nice park across the street but the back of the hotel is right up against a housing development. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming and the desk clerk was great. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I did find some hair on the shower curtain (didnt bother me) and the ice machine on our floor didnt work (they were getting it fixed though) but otherwise a very nice place to stay.

The staff was fantastic, especially the receptionist. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. The keys worked every time.

The location is very close to downtown, the building is.. okay. The rooms are mostly clean, I think the shower could’ve used more attention but otherwise no problem. We had an issue with the room and the staff was able to accommodate us to a new room, which was very nice. Our cards kept getting wiped, even though they were separated from any RF (phones), and from each other, which was weird and inconvenient; but the staff was kind enough to renew them each time. Would go back.

I would have given 5 stars but at the end of the day every evening we had to get our key cards recoded. We were on the 3rd floor….they never gave an answer on the reason why. Other than that it was good.

They charge $25 if you check in early. I never have a hotel or inn or motel ask a fee before check in time. The staffs are very not friendly at all. Also the room key didn’t work on the 2nd day while we stay there 2 nights. When we asked for clean towels on 2nd night, we have to wait for 1 hour to get it and we needed to pick up at front desk by ourselves. What kind of service is that.

When I come to check in no one was at desk until night shift arrived. Heat/air did not work properly way to hot in the room could not adjust heat. Room needs a lot of work to update. When I went to front desk in the morning to ask about it the man was asleep behind desk in a chair.
