Extremely clean. Seemed recently renovated. Room was very clean and comfortable, pool was very nice. Great overall experience, would highly recommend.

We were coming from another state and desperately needed a place to rest for an afternoon before evening plans. They accommodated us with early check-in and late check-out, as well as having free breakfast and a pool. Definitely worth the money, will come back every time I’m in town!

The front desk personnel was extremely rude at check in and out tv had very outdated picture quality. In addition, our ac did not properly work and the pillows provided were very flat.

I stayed in room 314. Walked in and there was a red stain on the floor. Didn’t think anything of it. After I checked out the hotel charged my card $100 TWICE for a cleaning fee for a stain that was already there. Tried calling the front desk multiple times and was told multiple times management would call me back which they never did

Came for Gencon. The hotel was just fine for our needs. Spacious rooms, the beds were comfy. The hot water took forever (2-3 minutes of running the water) to get to the shower.
We had an issue when setting up some boardgames in the lobby where, on one side of the table one of the speakers in the ceiling was dripping condensation and on the other side of the table an air vent was doing the same. No drips in our rooms, however.
The continental breakfast was okay. Powdered eggs and slices of ham that were sitting in some sort of clear liquid. The OJ tasted like water and there was no butter. Ended up going to Denny's or elsewhere for breakfasts.
Didn't have housekeeping clean up the room because our safe was broken and we had no way to ensure our valuables were safe.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

BW Greenwood IN is very much part of that. Clean, safe, sufficient breakfast, pool, laundry, pet friendly $25 nightly.
Non smoking yet pot smoking is Noticeable
Elevator works, luggage carts available, business center, gym, small food (snacks) concession also available.
Housekeeping Grounds and breakfast staff very friendly always accommodated our requests Immediately.
The front desk people (except 1) were Excellent. Knowledgeable, Experienced, Friendly.

We were here around the same time last year and what we can say is that they are consistent. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite and helpful. The hotel still looks new since its renovations. We look forward to future stays here. I highly recommend.

The hotel itself is very nice, as were the rooms. Our only complaint: The breakfast was awful, almost inedible, and inconsistent with the quality of the hotel.

Very nice renovation. So easy to get to and parking was great. Very nice renovation. Public area smell strongly of the pool, but guest rooms do not.

Did not like the metal around the bed. It was noisy every time your foot or something touched it. Wood would be better or set the metal farther under the bed. Plus, I am 5’3” and had trouble getting on the bed.
