it’s pet friendly, and the staff in the office was very nice! The lady did everything she could to make sure we was happy!!!

The bathroom had pubes inside the bath tub, not very clean. The suite room tv kept shutting off by itself, we would be watching tv and the sound would be scratchy and the picture would go off but the sound would still be working.

The jacuzzi tub was so nice. Bed very comfortable. Loves the TV with all the apps preload Netflix, Hulu, even music channels.

The room while clean to the eye, the floor was disgusting. Got out the bath with no socks walked to the bed and the bottom of my feet were completely black. I ended up cleaning the floor myaelf cause I didn't wanna wear shoes the whole time. The was also a lot of yelling very early in morning. From I assume people who live there. I wanna say they were affiliated with hotel but am unsure. But if I'm renting a room to relieve stress and relax I don't wanna be woke up so early listening to people yell. It was my whole floor. Like they all knew each other or something. Because of languages barrier I had no clue what they were saying so my first thought being awaken from my sleep was something bad was happening but as it continued all day for the two days I was there I realized it was them communicating to each other very loudly.

Some of my group (4 vehicles in total) booked directly with Red Roof Inn & paid 40% less than I did. Next time I’ll book directly, I expected a surcharge for using Booking.com but not to this extent!
