The property overall i would give it an 8/10. The convenience, peace, the trail,cleanliness and lets not forget the shower. Lol believe it or not, that was the best part of my staycation . I stayed for 6days and they were great. Relaxing. I loved walking on the trail as well. I saw so much wildlife. So peaceful. The only thing that was incontinent were the tv channels. Some didnt work so i had to cast to tv from my tablet. Overall, was the best staycation ever. Look forward to staying there again.

Check in was very slow, the room smelled like someone smoked in it, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

After staying at the extended stay nearby for 2 weeks, this hotel was a blessing to find. Super friendly, super clean and nicely decorated. Shower was amazing.

The manager/clerk, Ahmed, went above and beyond to help us. He is extremely helpful and friendly. We can't say enough good things about him. We were very happy with everything overall, but there are a lot of things that need some TLC. The luggage dollies are very dirty and in bad shape. Our room wasn't well swept, and there were some broken drawer handles and door inserts. The TV picture went in and out, and our door security latch was very wobbly and loose. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We have mixed feelings on this property. The staff was friendly, the room looks like it has been updated, and we slept comfortably. However, it to over 5 minutes and many forms to sign to check in, there were some noisy residents, and the air conditioning unit leaked and made the rug in front of it wet. The parking lot has a car on a jack the whole weekend, and there was old furniture out there as well. If they can get those items taken care of, we would go back.

The staff were very nice, however, the towels given to us were unclean and there were certainly bed bugs. I returned from my stay covered in bug bites a few days later and that had never happened before.

I like the hotel, I like the area. You definitely need a car no transportation around other than that it was a lovely experience

The hotel was dated, run down and filthy. Neither my room nor the hallways were cleaned during my stay.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff 24 hours of the day. Make sure you get a room with a view of the lake. The suite slept four and was perfect for the entire family. Couldn’t have had a nicer experience here.

The hotel was absolutely spotless. I did see 1 roach but I inspected very very carefully and did not see any evidence of any others. Its possible it came in on someone else's luggage. There is construction that seems to be going on in the parking lot so I had to be super careful driving in. The hallways were a little noisy but the staff was great and I had a great stay.

The elevator was dirty. Our room smelled like mildew and we had to be put in another room.

I guess you get what you pay for. I spent 3 nights for around $115 a night. The room I stayed in had a full refrigerator and small kitchen. It was fairly well stocked with pots/pans, plates and silverware. Definitely enough for 1 person, maybe 2. Everything worked well enough. Good 1. Inexpensive 2. Amenities (as advertised) 3. Friendly staff 4. Bed/pillows comfortable 5. Great shower 6. Well lit bathroom Bad 1. Lots of noise. My biggest complaint by far. I was startled awake several times every night by guests and building noises. It’s not like the guest were obnoxious either. - thin walls and ceilings - every door in the place slams shut - pet friendly is nice until the dog next door wants to bark every time it hears a peep - they’re having the exterior of the building repaired so no sleeping in 2. Wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Not terrible though - kitchen and desk surfaces weren’t properly cleaned - the shower had hair from the previous guest in it - floors weren’t cleaned very well 3. I had to have my keycard reprogrammed at least once a day. Super annoying 4. Smaller TV with no streaming or apps I’d stay there again for the price. Maybe ask for a better cleaning

When taking a shower in the bathroom, the water flow is very small.

My stay wasn’t pleasant. The staff need training on being professional in a work setting with customer service. People running in and outta the hotel as if it’s an upgraded motel. My room was NOT as clean. Staff can come in your room without a notice. I asked for assistance and did NOT get any for someone who booked a 5 day stay. I reached out to the supervisors no one followed up during my stay or as of yet. My 1st & my last booking there. Thx

I like the convenience of the location of the property. I did not like the shower. The drain clogged and water flooded the bathroom since it was a handicapped roll in shower. A small mound hill was built into the floor at the shower entrance. It seemed unsafe especially if the floor is wet.
