I called ahead of time to inform them of my late nighy check in. I drove 3 hours to find my room was double booked. I had to sleep in my vehicle over night. Thank God my wife and kids didn't arrive that night. The lobby reaked of cigarette smoke and people were lounging in the lobby.

Worn and dirty. Refrigerator did not get cold. Had to use the freezer which wasn't even as cold as the fridge should be

I chose this hotel primarily for its kitchen access. However, upon arrival, I discovered that I had to pay two separate fees: $39 and $29 for the use of pots, pans, and dishes. The floors are all vinyl or a similar material, which could be a good choice if they were properly cleaned. Unfortunately, I had children with me during my stay, and their feet became extremely dirty from walking on the floors. Additionally, the TV remote didn't work, and when I requested a replacement, there were none available. On the second night, when I asked for an extra towel, I was informed that I would need to exchange one for it, which is understandable. However, I was also told that I would need to pay an additional fee of $1.75.
I was just very unhappy with the stay.

This property use to be pretty decent. I recall staying here when it was Studio Plus a LONG time ago and it had REALLY, REALLY went down.
The front desk staff is nice, not necessarily “friendly” but it’ll do. But the biggest issue is the cleanliness of the rooms - stains on the walls and floors, worn down furniture and bad odors in the rooms and halls.
The smell in the hall nearest the elevator/front desk area smelled like farm animals. I find it interesting that they charge close to the nightly rates of better hotels in the immediate area.
It’s unfortunate that such a small hotel can be this bad - some of it is needed upgrades, but most is simply management. This hotel is a 4/10 and could easily be a 10/10 with the right management, ownership and staff. SAD!

I actually love staying here but the only thing that bothers me is if check out is at 11 am there’s no way a housekeeper or employee should be opening my door at 10:30 especially after yelling knowing I’m still in the room and not checked out I try to get my rest especially if I have to work

It was for one night so I went cheap and sucked it up. There were crumbs and sticky feeling on the floor when we walked in. The room smelled like kfc, bed sheets did not look like they were washed and had little rips in them! The pillows had this yellow hue on it as well. I slept in my own clothes and my own pillow I had brought with me. Very humid in the room. The only upside was the service but besides that. Don’t cheap out even if it’s one day.

I liked the hardwood floors and the kitchenette in my room. The rooms are spacious the window view was a nice size. The staff really care about the upkeep of the property. A hotel is only as good as its staff.
However, i do belive that hotels are being forced to allow guest that has huge, intimidating dogs as support/service pets to check in. The hotel should accommodate as many guests as possible but should still consider other guests as well.

Seen two roaches come from wall area and drain. Significant other slept on sofa couch and woke up with welts. Have to await for customer care to contact me back to even get anything done about this. And I was out until 4 am only slept there 6 hours MAX

Bathroom was hands down the filthiest I've seen in a long time. Blood stains. Feces on floor. Urine on toilet. Gross. Stains on carpet. Trash behind and in night stands.

The room was not clean i had to go buy cleanings supplies the refrigerator ran all night an day like it was about to explode the restroom was not cleaned nobody was never at the desk to help

At the other property they give dishes.. They also switch the dirty towels out for clean ones.

Walked in and the front desk was closed and locked up. Took 10 minutes to get someone to get my room keys. The lobby smelled like Marijuana. Got to the room and the bed has stains all over it. There was a used condom, trash, and a toy under the bed. There was pubic hair on the toilet. And food all over the cabinets. Worst hotel I've ever been too.

This property had roaches and called customer service and the manager she only gave me back $42 i paid$188 for two nights. The stove wasn't properly i told the guy at the desk and he said there was no other rooom i can to .

This hotel has went down hill TERRIBLY over the years. Whomever the manager on site or in the district is should be ashamed. I stayed in room 313 and if I weren’t so exhausted during checkin I would’ve noticed how unkept and filthy the bed area, kitchen and bathroom was. It’s obvious that they don’t clean thoroughly or check the rooms properly after guest checkout. They should be ashamed and this hotel needs to shut its doors or not charge more than $30.00 a night to stay. I’m very upset that I spent money to stay here this time!

Hotel was dirty and loud, but the Hotel manager was very nice and accommodating, they refunded me back, after I checked out earlier, I could not sleep guest upstairs above me sounded like they had kids that were gonna come through the floor, people in the back of the hotel outside my window were loud 3am in the morning.

This was one of the worst hotels my hotel and i stayed at. A housekeeper just got done cleaning our room and my husband told her thank you so much, the housekeeper said nothing back.. When we entered the room the counter top was still dirty with dried up spilled drink and crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and multiple strand of hair on the sheets.. Also front desk was rude when i asked we could extend our stay for an hour and she said no you can not. Literally extend your stay is the name of the hotel!! Please do yourself a favor and stay at the other hotels thats in walking distance from this dump.

Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly, he made us feel welcomed. The next day not so much. My room was supposed to have a double sofa bed but unfortunately it had a recliner. It was uncomfortable to sleep on to say the least. We called the office the next day and they brought a fold up bed but that was actually worse than the recliner. Not comfortable at all, felt all the springs and the mattress was so thin. We were considering staying an extra night but due to the sleeping situation we decided to check out on our scheduled day.
