Hotels.com did not actually make me a reservation; we were just charged for the room, the hotel was sold out, we spent 55 minutes on the phone arguing with them about our refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE HOTELS.com to a Gold status member having used your service for almost 20 years!!!

one night stay for business bed was comfortable room was quiet and the air conditioning worked.

Lots of street noise from cars, lots of hallway noise. The doors slammed loudly at all hours of the night. Room-to-room noise was quiet enough. Some of the lamps on the hallway walls were falling off. The breakfast was tasty.

First time at this hotel. Room at the top floor. Nice king size bed and a beautifully appointed room. Nice decor. Being close to Arizona Mills Mall was great. Johnny Rockets was a great hamburger place. Neat!

Bed and pillows were super comfy, room was very spacious. Coffee maker, fridge in room worked great. Towels were a bit rough and small but that is my only “complaint” if I were to call it that. Great stay and a great value!

It was the hottest room ive ever stayed in. They changed the air bt was so uncomfortable the whole night could not sleep

The five-night stay at the hotel was flawless. Safe, clean and efficiently run hotel. Break fast and facilities were good. Staff both front desk and cleaning were superb. I will certainly stay again.

Everything was so nice about this property ...convenience , large clean rooms , quiet , complimentary morning breakfast. But , at the end of the day , it's about hospitality . Staff not friendly or welcoming . No eye contact , no greetings, no friendliness . Staff needs to take a Hospitality 101 class to know why they are there. Being friendly and nice makes a huge difference .

This hotel is a clean, reasonably comfortable place to stay.
We stay there frequently when visiting family in Tempe. This time around we needed an early check-in. I called the hotel and was told I could check in at 2:30, no questions asked.
When we arrived I was told we couldn't check in early. The desk clerk was clearly unhappy with whoever I talked to earlier in the day. Then we were told that for a fee we could check in. I'm still not sure what the actual policy is.

Worst customer service , we had checked in super late from a long day of traveling the lady had told us we would be able to have a late check out in the morning the front desk lady kept calling with an attitude saying we had to be out and gone (mind we didn’t care to pay a late fee we just wanted to rest ) when I went downstairs she’s talking to all the other workers with attitude about us just horrible. Place was cool but those ladies made it an unpleasant stay
