Dirty and in urgent need of a renovation. Staff unwilling to help in situations. Loud and obnoxious guests. Surrounding area is next to a police station so it’s noisy all night. Rooms are very basic and beds are rock solid. All round it’s the worse place I have stayed, I have slept in better hostels.

Older but I didn’t want a holiday inn….i wanted the Spanish look….very clean, comfortable and efficient. Had wi fi, helpful friendly staff and it was 3 mins from the costa del sol beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Wonderful experience and would do it again!

Very friendly and professional Staff, nice pool and pool side area with bar and snacks available during the day. Rooms were very clean and tidy and cleaned everyday. Did not use the restaurant as made a personal choice to eat out.

Close to center of everything. Cleen hotel and cosy pool erea. Friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast. For me, just perfect 5 days. Topp value for the money. Moy bien.

Easy going staff very good. But the tourist map handed to me was inadequate but not hotels fault . I had a lovely ground floor room and didn’t hear any noise from neighbours as other reports have suggested. I had a very good time and would go back to same hotel

Great 2 night break, first time staying here and would stay again. Rooms are a little small but ok for a couple of nights and has a free safe, hairdryer and complimentary bottles of water for the first night, you can also hire pool towels which we found out later which would have been useful to know as only bought a holdall. The hotel is near shops, beach and restaurants. Pool is not heated but was nice and refreshing when you need to cool down! Pool bar is handy and prices for food and drink reasonable, although it did close one day at 3pm due to staffing issues which was a shame, otherwise open until about 7pm. Train station is about 10 minute walk and has direct link to Malaga airport which was a bonus. Didn’t have breakfast as lots of cafes around and I’m not really a breakfast person! Overall would stay here again as good price for what we needed.

The bathroom needs a faucet repair. Likewise the toilet.

Great loation, town, beach. Good pool area. Clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

We have previously stayed at this hotel 6 times (pre pandemic) although this stay is our first since it became Moon Dreams. Spotted one original member of staff from before who was still very pleasant and happy to help. The new staff werent as friendly and we had ta bit of trouble communicating due to the language barrier. The hotel itself is still a gem. Pool area is fantastic. Breakfast is great too. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool which was great. The bedroom had been decorated since the new ownership, but the bathroom was tired. Toilet flush button was loose, some tiles and the sink had small cracks - it could have just done with some small repairs/tlc. It didnt affect our holiday though and we will go back again and again. We love Fuengirola and this hotel.

Good hotel , nice pool , 10 minutes walk to the beach, nice quiet area although on a main road but double or triple glazed.

We stayed for 1 night with our family en route to a family holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent and the pool area and facilities were very good though the sunbeds probably need updating. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Though comfortable and fine for 1 night the hotel bedrooms/bathrooms need refurbishing-if this was done I would make this hotel my choice for Fuengirola in the future

Lovely stay and great service, and perfect location

This was our 2nd stay in 2 months it was a really nice feeling that the lady at reception and the round bar man recognized us we had a lovely time in June so we decided to come back for another weekend and had another wonderful weekend all the staff a wark and friendly ,the hotel is lovely and clean and very central to everything we are looking forward to our 3rd time around.

The staff were very helpful with minor issues and queries. The pool wasn’t busy nor breakfast and a decent choice. Despite asking for a quiet room I get the impression no attempt was made as I was 1 floor up over main road opposite maids area. Room was very hard to cool as I was a late arrival on the first night and no air on on. Fuengirola itself is the biggest of the resorts I visited, torremolinos , Marbella, and felt safe, hotel a wee bit off the main area but all walkable.

Small, fairly central hotel... near the beach... and handy for a couple of nights stay. And it really was handy... the staff are very friendly... but the hotel is very tired... the pool area is good... but the sun-beds are shoddy and un-comfortable... my bedroom was ok... looked over the street but not too noisy... but the bed... I felt like a magician trying to sleep on a bed of nails... beyond bad!!! Poor air-con in my room too/ Add to that the single american news channel available... and the awful fayre at breakfast (though Dinner was bit better) I really don't want to leave a bad review... I supposed it just depends what you are looking for... and if you need a comfortable bed or not.... would I return... I'm afraid to say I would not. There are many other good little hotels out there... this one needs a bit of TLC.

Friendly staff , room good, location great for dinner and shopping and beach

on arriving to a spacious entrance ,the reception staff were very polite and told us where to use the lifts and what time the buffet breakfast was served. our room was on the main road but did not hear any noise , the room was spacious but dated with old furniture, but very clean and comfortable bed. Also had a fridge with soft drinks but no prices visible but not expensive . a safe was useful and plenty of storage space .no english tv but very very good value. buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and very polite staff. also had a outside pool with pool bar selling snacks and hot and cold drinks. and if needed anythink in the night vending machines available.. overall a very good central but not noisy place to stay good value and only 10 mins walk from train and bus station.we would gladly stay again

Great location, excellent breakfast and good value for money. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and perfect for our overnight stay in the centre of Fuengirola.

The room was spacious with a large double bed perfect for my wife and I (Not that we're big) . Place was cleaned regularly and lots of plug sockets, also a mini bar fridge which was reasonably priced with just a few drinks so you could use it for your own storage, which we did. Nice little bar and pool area downstairs with sun loungers and umbrellas. Also had their own restaurant for Breakfast lunch and dinner which i can't comment on as we didn't use it. In regards to location you can feel secure as it's next door to the local police station and a one-two minute walk to the beach. Your also a 5 minute walk into the town centre and if you wish you could walk (15 mins) to the shopping mall and cinema. I would definitely recommend as it's peaceful and close to what you need as well as being clean.
