Thank you for the stay, breakfast was great!

The front desk guy was arrogant. Made multiple entries of my info. Swiped, then entered manually. Then wanted to make a photo copy. This place is such an identity theft threat don’t stay here!l we had to get key card reflashed every day. After waiting 10 minutes for same guy to finish his personal call. Then said we could have only 1 key card. The motel is surrounded by no less then 3 dispensaries. Methheads sitting in the lawn all day and night. Rooms and halls were disgustingly dirty. Shower curtain was u- shaped, water everywhere. Cig butts and garbage all over, lawn unmowed, drive -up awning falling down.

Staff was friendly, breakfast and coffee was good. Building and room very old. Microwave was like 50 years old. Bathtub very old. Furniture in the room was very small and limited space. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was okay

Pictures of the rooms don’t match the actual room. Comforter had a burn hole in it. When we arrived at 3:50pm after check in, room was not ready. They sent us up and the room was still being cleaned. The breakfast station would’ve been ok if they made time to refill when empty. Went for coffee, no creamers. Went for juice, no juice. Went for waffles, no waffle mix. The room was as clean as it could be for what the cleaning lady is working with. Seems the owner is cheap since there’s a $100 charge if you smoke in the room yet I still had a black burn hole in the comforter. The shower faucet— idk what to say. Looked like it rotted out and instead of replacing the surround, they found a way to screw it in caulk it back it in. The elevator was filthy from the floor to the walls. And for a final thought… people live in this hotel. They don’t just stay for a vacation or pass through.

Check in was quick and easy! I didn't arrive until close to midnight and so was able to get a late check out at noon so I can get a good night's sleep before getting back on the road. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The properties a little outdated and could use some upgrades but other than that it was Queen and a cheap, comfortable place to lay my head for the night with easy on and off access to the interstate.

The room was the perfect

This was a terrible stay. Everything was dirty and in poor shape. The pool was cloudy, the breakfast was horrible, there were people loitering in the pool and breakfast area and outside areas who were clearly not guests in the hotel. They had noisy and rude children. The whole experience was disgusting. I took photos of the stained bed and lamp shade.

The coffee was so watery and the “hot breakfast” was awful…

Not impressed with this stay. Not sure what they can do about their surroundings, but pulling up here was a bit worrisome. The hotel is surrounded by 3 cannibis shops, accessible through a gas station parking lot, and has filth all around. I knew it wasn't great when my son asked where the public bathroom was and had to take a key to access it. We survived the night but will not be booking here again.

The room and bedding were clean. You could tell people were smoking cigarettes and weed in the other rooms because we could smell it in ours. The lobby and outside area needs some cleaning up. The sidewalk area has trash everywhere. I don’t think we will be back to this location.

Filthy floors in lobby and rooms. Room was not cleaned properly. Smelled of urine and marijuana throughout property. Multiple people lingering outisde and rummaging through garbage.

Clean, quiete, good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Decent hotel for price. Staff is amazing. Food was good. Location is good.

When I was checking in, the desk clerk announced my room number for anyone in the lobby to hear. As a single woman traveling alone, this is a safety issue. When I objected, he didn’t understand my concern and blew me off. I did not have an issue tonight but I still say that is unsafe.

Will definitely stay here again! P.K. was really helpful on check in he explained everything and was there if we needed anything

This was a trip for the soccer tournament and we needed something close to Sylvania Ohio and this was the only one which was in decent price range. Very conveniently located near the freeway and has quite a few good food options nearby

Clean

The stay was nice. The pool area was clean & not crowded at all. Breakfast the next morning was a little lacking. The juice machine didn't work at all, so no drinks for the kids, they were out of milk for the cereal, small things like that.

Nice room. No coffee maker and continental breakfast had instant coffee only.

I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s super dirty. Animals are allowed which is great, i wasn’t traveling with animals personally, but we definitely stayed on a floor that reeked like cat pee by our room. Staff was friendly, but felt unsafe at night. People walking around outside, i was afraid to leave my car parked outside if you know what I mean.

Enjoyed Vala the young lady who checked us in with a smile. Every night when we got back to the hotel, she greeted us with a smile

Nice staff.

Staff was AMAZING. Rooms are not the best. Needs updated and deep cleaned. Beds were horrible. The hotel itself was not great. The only wonderful thing was the staff.

10/10 King room quiet I would stop there again

There was water on the countertop and floor in the bathroom from a leaking faucet handle. The closed stop on the hot water handle didn't work allowing the knob to rotate past where it should stop and shut off flow. Shower/tub drain was partially plugged making you stand in water while showering. A few other minor trim pieces pulling loose in the room. It wasn't a bad room, just needed some better maintenance. Beds/bedding were clean and comfortable.

Was only in town for a baby shower and needed a reasonably priced place. This was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our needs. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again if we ever need something in the area.
