Never stay at this hotel!!! It's a pig sty. Smells like cat urine. Front desk very unhelpful. Personally can't believe that Hotel's.com would attach their names to it

A/C could not be controlled - buttons were broken that would raise/lower temperature or control fan speed. Room was good with amenities but room needs overall update. Breakfast was good for this quality hotel.

Walking in it looks like they fired their landscaper weeks ago. Weeds everywhere. All plants overgrown. All trash full. Stucco falling off the sides of the building. All windows fogged. Mold on the stucco. Wood trim falling off. Stains everywhere. Inside the carpet was disgusting with a combination of bleach spots and dirt stains. Our room smelled like mold. It looked like dark Tabacco spit on the wall by our bed. The desk by the bed and dresser were both broken. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the hallway. Drain in shower broken. Hot tub not working. Gazebo wrapped in caution tape. Missing pavers around the pool you could easily trip over. The handicap chair to go into the pool had a broken remote - only the exposed circuit board was attached to the cord. Dog pee in the elevator. I understand it’s a value hotel but this was sever neglect.

Hotel room was clean, staff welcoming - hotel in much needed upgrade. Umbrellas by pool were all broken, wallpaper peeling in hallway, carpet in hallways need to be replaced- dirty and stained.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Our room was clean but the carpet in the entire hotel was stained and very unappealing. There was wall paper peeling from the walls, the elevator looked like it was never cleaned and the pool had used towels layong around with trash overflowing. The entrance is very clean, however once we preceded to our room, the floors were extremely dirty, there was blood smeared on the door going out to the pool.I had to tell 3 different staff members over a 2 days period to have it cleaned. Once we got to into the pool there was a lot of debris and garbage in and around the pool. The umbrellas and tables were over turned and broken. The room itself was clean with just a glance. I dropped my phone beside the bed and had to get down in the floor to get it. I found trash, nail clippings and a few dead bugs.

Humidity was taking its toll on this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant. Didn’t have a single bad interaction with anyone. The room was mildew smelling, mold growth in the bathroom, the wallpaper coming off the walls, ice machines broken, everything felt grimy due to the humidity. The AC smelt moldy. Needs some TLC.

Our stay was an unexpected rest stop due to sleepiness while driving on home. Our first floor room was perfect for our one night stay...We were able to relax in the pool and hot tub. Most importantly, We got a Great Night's Sleep 😴

The front desk staff was excellent. So friendly and gave us great tips about stuff to do in the area. I can’t remember her name but she was a lady in her 40s/50s with straight brown hair. The hotel is in need of some updating but great for the price. Very convenient location to restaurants, gas stations and FAST swimming pool.

Never had a towel chamged in 4 days, terrible smoke smell, dogs in the room next to us, toaster broken at breakfast, never cleaned the trash cans un 4 days nor made the bed. Internet disnt work. This hotel is filthy. The wallpaper is hanging from the walls in the hallways. The carpets look unbelievably filthy. I didn’t want to put bare feet on them! Seriously! The bathroom smelled like urine. The beds were great. We’ve had good La Quinta beds everywhere but that doesn’t make up for the filth. It smells like carpet freshener. From the outside it’s great! What happened inside?

The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful! The room was clean. The daily hot breakfast was good as well as the cold drinks and muffin choices. The bedding and mattress was comfortable. The carpet needed cleaning down the halls, rooms renovated, and fresh paint. I stayed here over ten years ago and it looks as if nothing was done to maintain it.

Property itself is nice. Not enough parking on property especially when patrons have trailers. Heard a large disturbance and fight around 2am with people banging into walls and doors. Staff very pleasant. Carpets in hallway old and not well maintained. Fitness room amenities very good given age but many options and good space to work it in.
