Breakfast had cereal, eggs and sausage, fruit, bread and bagels, coffee, juice.
Very good about a late departure time when our appointment ran over.
Room was large and comfortable with two beds and a sofa that folds out with a coffee table, plus a table with two chairs. Three lamps with base outlets.
Good heat and AC function.
Larger then average counterspace by the dual sinks.

Check in was seemless. The have made some beautiful upgrades to the hotel. We were also upfraded to a king suite with a jetted tub, for free! Our room was gorgeous!

Refrigerator was a safety hazard due to the fact it was not fastened to the cabinet it was in. Toilet was so low we had trouble getting up and down. Person at the check in was not at all friendly or helpful.
Upon check out the man was very nice and said he would get someone to address the refrigerator.

We needed a last minute stay over. The staff here are so great; they do their best to serve and solve problems while still being friendly. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Hit breakfast was amazing: fresh and delicious. Superior place for this class of hotel. Keep up your great service!

The reception at the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were excellently equipped and very clean. The staff at checkout seemed very demotivated to me. The young lady at reception hardly spoke a word, answered questions only reluctantly, and had headphones in her ears. She seemed annoyed and listless. The breakfast staff also seemed annoyed. For me, a friendly atmosphere and a high customer level are very important. The customer should also feel welcome. There was no farewell formula either; the lady hid behind the counter and communicated with me in sign language.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was good. Huge line around 8/8:30am. Some of the food and utensils ran out at that time too. So definitely go before then!

While the room looked clean on the surface, it definitely wasn’t cleaned. The jetted tub had dirt. And the bed also had dirt and we found small rocks… my husband and I both woke up with bug bites all up our arms…. Plus this hotel could really stand to get upgraded.

I was very happy here, it was quiet mainly because we were on the fourth floor. Breakfast was nice but the potatoes were a little too spicy for my wife. Our room was nice, bed needed to be flipped or new mattress it was a little lumpy. But great water pressure and very hot in the shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Crystal Inn in Salt Lake City. I was upgraded to a larger suite, which was clean, quiet, and offered a stunning mountain view. The hotel provided fresh towels daily, and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. For the price I paid, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

When we first got there we accidentally dropped one of the really thin soaps onto the floor in front of the bathroom sinks. The soap shattered into many pieces. When we wiped up the floor to finish cleaning up the pieces, the towel was filthy! That area of the floor should have been clean after only being in the room for 5 minutes or less!
