Super 8 in Cottonwood was very clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Nice pool & hot tub. Great outdoor seating with tables you could eat your meal at. Breakfast was good with many options & lots of coffee.

Room was so old and smelly , shower wasn’t working, toilet was clogged, carpet room wasn’t vacuumed, bathroom floors was dirty so dirty, I could seen hair and stuff all over

The Women at the front desk seem to hate people. We did not have toiletries. The fridge was broke. The lobby has the worst smell. We will never stay there again. Not worth the price at all

It was available on busy Mother's Day weekend. The walls were paper this and neighboring room had tv on all night long. I don't recommend this to anyone on a romantic get away--you can hear everything going on in the room next door.

When I opened the door there was leaves and debri that had been blown in . The shower head didn’t work properly and it dripped and didn’t stop when turning off shower . Walls are thin you can hear what’s going on in the next room . The outlets wouldn’t hold my plug ins for my phone. I had reserved and paid for two days and when I came back from my activities they had not cleaned my room. There was a cockroach on carpet and place was over all filthy. I will not stay here again .

The building and furnishings are well past their use by date. The counter person was great. Changed my room without any issue. She was very plesant.

Expedia first inflated rates back and forth for a week before and the day I arrived. Cannot believe I paid what I paid to stay in such a terrible place. The only thing that’s super about this hotel is how super shi tty it is. Astonished this place is still in business.

The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later.

Unit 202 seemed to be the problem.
Management responded to our 1st complaint at 3am - but not sure if they followed up because nothing changed.
May have been better if we were on the 2nd floor.
Will not stay at the super 8 again.

We weren't able to make it because we broke down and were physically unable to make it. We call ed the property let them know what was going on well before check in time, and we still got charged . No one is doing anything about it Expedia is the worst

When we got there the pool and hot tub had water in it, but we’re not working. We did not stay there, because that was what we selected as for filters (pool/hot tub) on our search for hotels, and that’s what was advertised. We didn’t check-in and was told we needed to speak with Expedia for a refund. We drove all the way back to Phoenix in the dark.

The property was decent, given the level that it is. Apparently, I’m a bit out of touch concerning current hotel rates and, not long ago, I would have thought the rooms we booked would have been about 40 percent lower than what we paid. When I quoted decent as the quality of the rooms, I was purely referring to the cleanliness of the rooms. The overall quality of the fixtures and amenities, (i.e. the mini fridge, the small microwave, the TV and the bathroom fixtures were very basic and at a level that I would expect to be consistent with a lower priced hotel. Overall, it was clean but nothing fancy.

Place is getting old and the cleaning lady only spoke Spanish. The lady at the desk was apparently a chain smoker and it was difficult to be within a few feet of her because of how she smelled.
