A friend and I met in the middle— Hamilton!

I have never stayed at or will stay at a super 8 again. The lobby was shabby & dim. The carpet was absolutely the filthiest carpet (in the hallway) I have ever seen. The young man working the front desk was very nice & helpful. It needs major renovation. The room was adequate and the carpet was not as dirty as it was in lobby & hallways. They do not have carts to carry luggage in. It is the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Food court area was way too small and the options were small. When breakfast hours came, there were way too many people in such a tiny space, all vying for the small options available for food. I think there were eggs,but for me, was empty, and sitting on the table at the front desk, which is literally across the walkway from the tiny space where the rest of the yogurt, bananas were kept. I like proteins like eggs and sausage. I don’t like breaded products a whole lot. Apple or orange Juices are fine. To go options would be great.

The room did not have air conditioning (we were only told upon arrival when we had no choice but to stay) and the television did not work. When we reported the problems, they only said “I’m sorry”.

No AC entire building... overheard them staying it had been out a couple of weeks. Staff really friendly, but obviously the owner has let things go. Super 8 should revoke their franchisee.

The reviews a read prior to booking was not right in my opinion. The ac was not working, carpets were dirty.To much money for what you get. however the clerk on duty tried to be helpful. The room had the window open and a box fan roaring. A box fan (really) they don't move much air.

Staff were accommodating and friendly but property needs work. Had issue with plumbing and last night A/C didnt work. Very hot overnight. Did receive some refund so that was a plus. Given limited options in the area, I will probably stay again in the future.

Do Not Stay Here.... We made reservations in December 2023. I called to the property itself to have both rooms up stairs & together. I was told it would be done. Our arrival was around 2:00 ,one room was up and the other down. after some discussion we were put together. Our room had dirty towels , no coffee pot , glasses, the rugs were fraid & wrinkled up to trip on. we will NOT stay with Super 8 by Wyndham ..This place is unacceptable.

For an aging hotel it was great. Great front desk. Clean room. Good coffee. Definitely would stay again. If I had to complain about something, I would say that some different size/type of pillows would be nice. They had 4 that were all the same size and too big for me. So yeah, super minor. lol. Surprisingly quiet hotel and super comfortable bed. Staff was very enjoyable to talk to and helpful in getting us to different destinations around town. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rooms were clean, hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel attendant on duty opened the front doors while we entered and then he took two of our suitcases upstairs for us. He made sure our keys worked to our doors and made sure we got in our rooms. We had four rooms but he made sure we all got in and everything was to our liking. He did not have to help us but he did. I wish I could remember his name.

It was small and out dated as soon as you walk in the front door. As part of the check in process I was given a box fan and told the AC was being worked on. I never saw an HVAC tech in my room or even on the property but then was told it should be working. I appreciated the fan but would rather not stay somewhere that needed one.
