Apparently it was under construction and we weren’t notified beforehand. Some things had what looked like blue painters tape on them as if holding it up on the wall. Doors looked like they didn’t align right so you could see inside some of the rooms from the hallway by a slight crack.

Bathroom shower cartons broken, no change (quaters) for the washer and dry machine ,need a better option for bills. waffle machine was broke,limits option for the breakfast,no coffee for late on the day.

We went into the property and we were greeted very nicely by Warren. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The first room that we went to smelled of cigar and I quickly informed Warren that we were not going to be able to stay in that room due to the smell and traveling with our toddler. Warren quickly rectified the situation and upgraded us to a suite which we were happy with until we found underwear that did not belong to us behind the mattress. When we went to the front desk to alert them of the situation it was well past 10:00pm and we were offered a different room however our toddler was already asleep and it would not have been a wise move to relocate. We did follow up and let the manager know via email about our experience and have still not received any response which we find unacceptable. There were also renovations happening at the hotel that we were not aware of and only became aware of when we were going to check in. There was furniture down the hallway wrapped in plastic and there was loud noise from 7:00 a.m. right next door to our suite.

Hotel staff was not very cooperative
or accommodating when my arrival time was changed due to flight cancelation. I was forced to rebook my stay at a higher "last minute" rate and didnt get the room type i wanted and originally booked. The room itself was subpar. Dingy, smelly and in need of a deep clean or renovation. They say you get what you pay for so next time ill spend a little more somewhere else. But if you arent picky and just need a basic place to shower and sleep, itll do.

A nice property to stay. I don’t think it’s worth the price per night but not too bad a stay. Only thing I didn’t like is how tucked away the property is and how stained the shower I had is.

The extent of the construction and how early they started had us thinking there was an earthquake.
I believe the type of work they were doing had to wait until 10AM MINIMUM (maybe mid-day) to be done.
When I called the front desk, they had no explanation or suggestions, or even sorry.

We were looking for a place close to where my son would be playing ball over the weekend which was at the Trenton Thunder ballpark.It was a great location (only minutes away from stadium) and we could walk to several restaurants that were close by.As for the hotel itself it was probably what you’d expect for that price point.They we’re remodeling rooms so the hallways were full of furniture, microwaves etc., but at least they’re remodeling.Staff was friendly but the included breakfast was (and I’m serious) not worth eating.Juice machine was out of order, hallway water fountain also out of order and just a heads up, the elevator coming from second to first floor hits hard enough when stopping to give you a free chiropractic adjustment…or a much needed appointment to see an orthopedic specialist.If you just need a place to sleep then it’s fine but don’t expect much of anything else.

Remodel is in process; furniture is pilled into the hallway. Hallway is very dirty. Breakfast is very limited. Apparently items are only restocked on Wednesdays, so Tuesday morning, no forks are available. Very limited amounts are made available each day. Only crumbs of eggs were available. We ended up going to another place to eat. Staff didn't seemed to be concerned about anything.

2. Cleaners opening doors without knocking at 8:30am mid not cool. Next time knock. She opened the door 3 times ( the last time I was standing where she could see me). Then front desk started calling around 10am even though check out is at 11. Felt rushed to leave.

The place is centent as we use it to go to sesame place which is a short distance. The room size ja good but thw carpets ia very filthy. Waking with no shoes your feet get very dirty quickly. And breakfast is limited choice

No one to check me in. I waited till 3:30 am to get my room. Ended up with bug bites from sleeping ion couch in lobby. Two other quests were locked out if their room and also waited until 3:30am to get help. Breakfast was not edible. Horrible experience. Will not stay again.

we requested a non-smoking room and our room we were given reeked of smoke, mind you this was not just a whiff of smoke, but as if a smoker lived in the room. The attending staff attempted to use an air purifier to clean the room but to no avail. we were told the hotel was fully booked with no options to move rooms. after asking for a discount because of the smell, they "found" another room available that was smoke free. We would have left the hotel, but had two rooms booked one for my wife and i and another for our daughter and my mother in law. Their room was smoke free. After speaking to the front desk staff, i asked to talk to the manager (who was off site) but apparently they ONLY communicated via text or email and not over the phone. The front desk desk tried within their power to correct the issue, but apparently had no option set forth by the manager. what kind of Hotel manager does not communicate in person or on the phone?!

Unsafe outlet covers missing with light plugged into it. Sprinkler in room covered in tape. Halls lines with stuff. Very dirty halls eating area. Elevator was hot no ventilation. Sheets were dirty. Gave hand tiwels instead of wash rags.

First off, the "boss" promised me a discount after we waited over an hour to get checked in, that never happened. Room had an unpleasant smell. The room also was extremely humid when we got to the room the bed sheets and carpet were literally wet from the humidity and continued to stay wet for all 3 nights it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Two of our keycards stopped working on the door after 1 day so we had to replace them. Overall, a pretty bad experience and again a shoutout to the "boss" for straight up lying to me about the discount.

Bathroom floor is very slippery even in a "handicap" room. There is no room to safely move a mobility scooter around in the "handicap" room. The ice machine leaks water all over the floor making it slippery.
