Bathroom shower cartons broken, no change (quaters) for the washer and dry machine ,need a better option for bills. waffle machine was broke,limits option for the breakfast,no coffee for late on the day. Arround area out side clean,real quit ,convince parking.

We went into the property and we were greeted very nicely by Warren. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The first room that we went to smelled of cigar and I quickly informed Warren that we were not going to be able to stay in that room due to the smell and traveling with our toddler. Warren quickly rectified the situation and upgraded us to a suite which we were happy with until we found underwear that did not belong to us behind the mattress. When we went to the front desk to alert them of the situation it was well past 10:00pm and we were offered a different room however our toddler was already asleep and it would not have been a wise move to relocate. We did follow up and let the manager know via email about our experience and have still not received any response which we find unacceptable. There were also renovations happening at the hotel that we were not aware of and only became aware of when we were going to check in. There was furniture down the hallway wrapped in plastic and there was loud noise from 7:00 a.m. right next door to our suite.

Hotel staff was not very cooperative or accommodating when my arrival time was changed due to flight cancelation. I was forced to rebook my stay at a higher "last minute" rate and didnt get the room type i wanted and originally booked. The room itself was subpar. Dingy, smelly and in need of a deep clean or renovation. They say you get what you pay for so next time ill spend a little more somewhere else. But if you arent picky and just need a basic place to shower and sleep, itll do.

There was construction going on. The extent of the construction and how early they started had us thinking there was an earthquake. I believe the type of work they were doing had to wait until 10AM MINIMUM (maybe mid-day) to be done. When I called the front desk, they had no explanation or suggestions, or even sorry.

We were looking for a place close to where my son would be playing ball over the weekend which was at the Trenton Thunder ballpark.It was a great location (only minutes away from stadium) and we could walk to several restaurants that were close by.As for the hotel itself it was probably what you’d expect for that price point.They we’re remodeling rooms so the hallways were full of furniture, microwaves etc., but at least they’re remodeling.Staff was friendly but the included breakfast was (and I’m serious) not worth eating.Juice machine was out of order, hallway water fountain also out of order and just a heads up, the elevator coming from second to first floor hits hard enough when stopping to give you a free chiropractic adjustment…or a much needed appointment to see an orthopedic specialist.If you just need a place to sleep then it’s fine but don’t expect much of anything else.
