the stay at this hotel was nice.

The room was not clean (dirty bathroom, dirty floors, sheets were itchy), people on the floor were smoking and pacing up/down the hall at odd hours. This place did not feel safe. I checked out early and was denied a refund for the remaining nights. I would never recommend this place.

Elevator out of order. I’m on 3rd floor. I’m 71. Had to carry all my luggage upstairs from back. Back door did not work. Some used a rock (already there) to prop it open. Secure huh? Plus a bunch of people just hanging out in the back milling around.

Last stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. The elevator was out then…..it’s STILL out of service. No front desk attendant, left waiting for 15 minutes at 9:10 at night. An inch of dust/dirt in the shower. No smoking signs throughout yet the corridors wreaked of smoke, not to mention the smell of pot at the doorways. Stayed at other Extended Stay America properties but this one is really bottom of the barrel

I got there and they told me they had no rooms available because they had no staff to clean them

Very little parking nearest to the door. Front desk staff were both excellent checking in and out. Room was decent size, with ample kitchen space (2 burner stove, full size fridge, sink, many cabinets) if you're staying longer. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings just around the corner, and Door Dash also works in this area, I got some Pizza Hut very quickly lol. Very close to the Amphitheater, I had no problem getting an Uber there and back. Decent size bathroom with a huge mirror and more storage space. The property and building were both very quiet which was excellent and appreciated! Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Happy travels!

Property was clean and the staff were very helpful. I was particularly impressed with Candace (front desk) and Abigail (Housekeeper).

The staff was incompetent and slow. The roaches were terrible. I would not do this again.

Check in process was lengthy and asked for irrelevant personal information such as my employer. A $100 deposit was required in addition to the charges I already paid on Expedia, which was not disclosed until I checked in. I should have listened to the red flags and left when I had the chance before check in. Lobby smelled of marijuana, and elevator and hallways smell strongly of cigarette smoke despite having “all no smoking” suites. Room had a floralish chemical fragrance odor so strong it gave me a headache and made my eyes burn. Facilities were in poor condition - bathroom sink faucet leaking, toilet chipped, cabinets peeling. There was a (presumably used?) diabetic test strip left on the kitchenette floor. No toilet paper was provided in the room. This is the first time I have stayed at an Extended Stay America, and I will avoid this brand of hotels going forward due to my experience during this stay. I actually contemplated leaving and just being out the $80 for the night rather than endure the stay.

This place used to be good when I came to US first time before 8 years. Yesterday, the place and room was having smoking smell. The room was very dark and many power outlets were not working.

We got DNR'D for something that we had nothing to do with all because the person that worked at multiple building was jealous and mad because he was sexually harrassing me and my friend.

The front desk lady with the glasses was very helpful and understanding I'm actually going back again today .id recommend this place to everyone.

Listing says check in until 12AM, but closed when I arrived at 11:15 PM. Waste of time.

The room was extremely smelly, carpet dirty, there was even a big dead insect in the carpet. We were so tired after checking in at night, that we just sprayed the room and somehow passed the night. The washroom counter, toilet sear was dirty too.. Overall its just the location which is in a mall, is nice, otherwise its too unghygienic and bad

The room wasn't as clean as I would've hoped. Hairs in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, the room smelled of possibly lasagna, and the sheets were quite rough. It was suitable for a cheap one night stay, but I doubt I'll choose to stay at an extended stay again after this experience.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the linens were equally so. Desk clerk was not a very pleasant person and overall I will not be going back ever nor will I stay at another hotel with this same name in my future. Thanks!

Clean rooms and fresh linen. Hallways are always clean and free from odor and stains. Its very comforting to have a home away from home.

The staff was extremely rude and trash just sitting in hallway on the way to the room......for the entire stay.

This Extended Stay America property felt safe, it was very peaceful and always quiet. The staff at this location were all very professional and helpful during my stay. Great amenities, and also very clean!

The place is super dirty (bedbugs) and it stinks everywhere.

It’s just a horrible hotel the front desk agent was unfriendly and just plain rude and nasty attitude.

Overall good experience. Checked in promptly - room did have a musty smell to it but not terrible. Not super up to date but served the purpose we needed for a decent price - a night to sleep.
