mediocre experience. hotel double charged my credit card for the deposit. will not ever stay here again.

a friendlier, more welcoming employee upon my arrival/check-in would have been nice

The staff in the morning all looked unapproachable. And we’re very short with us.

Not clean (soiled upholstery, mold on areas of bathtub, saw dust shavings around base of refrigerator, crumbs on carpet) I did not stay. Front Desk Agent Tony was professional and very helpful

They ran out of breakfast and didn’t refill the coffee. Then we saw two different roaches walking on the floor of the breakfast area. There was some mold in the bathroom tub. And mold on the hallway wall

This property is dated. Breakfast is depressing. Staff is okay. Rooms have a musty odor.

The staff was super friendly, they made our stay comfortable and welcoming.

This was our 2nd stay here and we chose this hotel because of the location. We were in town to attend a Braves game. It’s a decent hotel…but it could definitely use a good cleaning. The game was rescheduled due to weather so we will be back in September. Hopefully by then someone will use a little elbow grease when cleaning the rooms. (I took the time to clean our room and wipe things down.) The only other complaint was the constant smell of marijuana.

Did not honor paid reservation

I did think the staff was pleasant but didn’t like the fact that there was only one bath towel in a room I purchased for 4 adults. When going to the front desk we were told it may be the next morning before any towels would be available. This is unacceptable when I pay for a room I expect everything that should be ready for me. The beds were very hard and don’t forget to take your own pillows. These were horrible. We all woke up with sore backs and necks. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free and have sensors or so it says about smoking. Well the entire floor reaked of marijuana. Not what we expected and glad we only needed one night at this location.

Check in went smoothly. Room was fair! Bed creaked every time you moved, only one small soap at the sink none in shower. Breakfast area floor was sticky, waffle machine not working properly (if you filled it waffles did not cook in the middle, if you didn’t fill it then it was just a shell nothing in the middle). No spray so they stuck on the machines.

Booked 3 rooms, a/c did not work in 2. Night clerk said all he could do was leave a note for maintenance. Stayed 2 nights. Never saw maintenance.

Nice place, was quiet and had beautifully maintained gardens. Rooms were large, bed was fine. Great value. Only somewhat dissapointing thing was breakfast. Would have been nice to have some vegan options (eg., potato hash). Or different kinds of bread. But I would definitely stay again!

A bit far from most touristy attractions other than the ballpark.

0/10 for me! They charged me $400 for a smoking fee, but I have never smoked a day in my life. No one said anything when I was there or made a complaint. I used the blow dryer and I think that's what they're confusing as a "smoking fee". I will never stay at any La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham ever again!!

Rooms were not updated never had towels, I drop a grape in the bathroom it was not sweep up never their for four days, my sheets was neve changed. Continental breakfast was horrible, but the site was horrible. The food was horrible. I would never ever stay at that La Quinta again and that was my place. I always stay.

The hotel is dated, but still nice. Its seems the cleaniness seems to depends on who cleans you room. Our room was clean with no issue, but some other guests had said theres were not clean. We found all the staff to be very lovely. The area is safe to walk, however it is quite a walk to most things in the area. We didnt use the pool, but it looked nice. I would stay her again.

Everything about the hotel was bad, from the front desk incompetence to the terrible room with AC that didn't work and a toilet that didn't flush. Would NEVER recommend this hotel.

In the past, we have stayed with LaQuinta because of their pet friendly accommodations and complimentary breakfast. However, it appears that this particular property has been met with some challenging customers. As a result, several restrictions have been put in place and has put a strain on staff. In addition, it appears that there is improper management of the facilities in a few areas such as: supplies/resources, staffing, and property maintenance . The landscape and surrounding area was beautiful. However, the property grounds were littered with trash and pet waste. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing most of our weekly stay. All pet stations on the property were overflowing with trash and pet waste. Only two of five had bags for pet poo pick-up. As a result, owners did not even bother to pick up after their pets. I did mention this to one staff member, but, nobody bothered to service the stations. The staff and housekeeping were helpful and courteous. But, overall, it appears that the hotel is poorly managed and understaffed. The rooms were clean. But, damage from previous guest was not repaired. The complimentary breakfast was sparse and not properly staffed. As a result, food ran out half way through the serving hour one day and choices were very limited and repetitive during our week long stay. There are no spaces for trucks and large vehicles to park. As a result, my vehicle had a significant door ding from a truck on our last night.

Property was fine. Employees were rude and disinterested. Chair in room was damaged, light bulbs out, breakfast ran out of food by 9:15, waffle dispenser wouldn’t work. It was a joke.

The room was fine. They only have towels for 3, so everyday you have to ask for more (our reservation was for 4). The back door trash outside does not get changed daily. It could be because of whatever was being smoked in the maintenance room, by the backdoor, every single day.

Didn't stay

The room wasn’t so clean. The shower curtain had stains on it. I saw a roach. The ac in the room did not work. Terrible experience! I reached out to the hotel and was told I would receive a call back and never have received the call.

This was by far and away one of the dirtiest La Quinta’s we’ve ever stayed at. While it was a pet friendly hotel they put everyone with pets in the same part of the hotel which is the first I’ve EVER experienced anything like that at ANY hotel I’ve stayed. This was the worst as once one dog barked they all did because the walls must have been paper thin. We would not stay here again.
