Service was excellent! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was top-notch. The only thing I would complain about is the TV placement. It’s hard to watch if you’re sitting on the couch. The hotel is in a wonderful location, though close to everything.

The shower made a loud high pitched sound and the air conditioning was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. It was obviously broken.

We love staying here for my husban paint ball tournament but the only thing we didnt like is the towels had hairs on them wasnt happy with that but other than that we love staying here.

Hotel is new and so seems the staff. Something new I heard was mini-housekeeping service which was just trash clean up and towel refreshment which was also not performed after asking them to do so. Additionally the property does have a parking fee of $14 for 24 hours. While parking fee is common in downtown area this one is far out of city so somewhat unexpected. They seem heavily understaffed and I saw a lot of cost optimization throughout the property.

Will definitely stay again. Difficulty with the AC would be our only complaint. But it was tolerable after we spoke with staff but a day later would show ERR at times. We would just turn it off and back on. And it would be fine. But that made the room have to cool down again. Nice room, staff was fantastic, great amenities, breakfast was good, and convenient location for us.

fees for renting a room. They also have tiny tash cans and the breakfast food tasted like plastic. There was also a lady walking around in the breakfast area wearing only a long shirt with no pants on. There was also not a microwave in the room.

Our only complaint was that our shower showed signs of age and wasn’t clean. We decided not to use the shower at all. Soap scum buildup on the shower glass doors, mold and stains on the tile grout. Bathroom sink also did not drain.
Prior to arrival I never noticed anything about being charged for parking. That really was a turn off.
The only staff member who we had conversation with was the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in. He was pleasant.

The Hotel is accessible by car only as it is located in an office park adjacent to HWY 50. I was very disappointed as were other travelers checking in that there was a $14parking fee that was not disclosed at time of reservation. I feel the fee should have been disclosed prior to arrival. It’s not so much about the cost as it is not knowing when choosing which property to reserve, does the Marriott next door charge a fee as well???
On the plus side, the room had wonderful design and was very clean. I would like to see more hotel rooms designed this way.

This is the oldest Hyatt hotel we've ever stayed at. It's not as clean as the other Hyatt hotels. It does not feel luxurious. Building is old.

We got the room with the sitting area, which was helpful. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Lots of seating areas.
The pool was closed for renovation and the area is a tiny bit tricky to get to, but overall very good.

The staff was great. I found the overnight guy super helpful. The hotel is decent. It's an older building but the rooms are clean and updated. breakfast included lots of options and was pretty tasty. You do have to pay for parking which was a little annoying. But otherwise not a bad spot.

Very noisy location! We could hear the nearby traffic on the surface streets and freeway. Also not easily accessible. Worst part was the additional $15 for parking (on top of $160 a night). That was not made clear when I made my reservation. I found it buried in the fine print. Would not stay here again.

The room was great … very clean & comfortable with the extra living room area. Customer service was awesome, very friendly & they even gave me a toothbrush & toothpaste because I forgot mine. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!!

We always stay at Hyatt Place when possible. We were in town for a track meet and the location off of the HWY is very convenient. The property is very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. There is a center across the street that has several great dinning options. We will stay here again.
