The front desk person was very friendly to me and my wife.

The room was clean and recently renovated, so no grubby carpet. It’s more a motel than a hotel. The breakfast was basic. The hospitality was good. The water pressure for the shower was very weak. There’s a good sushi restaurant across the road.

I was in a lower floor room and had to call the front desk every night about noise upstairs after 9-10pm. Children running. Loud radio, loud singing. Note the music and singing wasn’t the kids from the first night. Asked to be moved the first night and was told they wouldn’t put me in another room. I’ve stayed here 3 other times. Won’t stay again. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed the unique aspects of this hotel. It felt both retro and modern. The amenities were great, with a comfortable bed and linens, ultra clean and modern bathroom, and breakfast. It's walkable to plenty of dining options and close to the airport.

A good place to stay for a quick layover in SF. This place offers a hot breakfast. Can be noisy if you live on the first floor, especially hearing the footsteps from above.

This is a amazing place to stay. It’s a oasis! The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming.The rooms smell and look clean, well maintained , sanitized and comfortable. The maintenance guy David is very creative and has great imagination and does great work there.

A diamond! Didnt know what to expect for $69, but i was pleasantly surprised! Upgraded, clean and outside corridor was enclosed so no one could come to your door unless they had a key to access that area- nice! We'd stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The room was clean, airy and large with a nice bathroom. There was no shuttle from the airport, so we had to depend on ubers each way, which increased the cost, but apart from that it was a good choice.

Liked that the parking was free, however didn’t like the dingy smell of the room. Small selection in breakfast eggs, raw looking bacon, oatmeal, and steamed rice. Pictures made rooms look elegant and big however that was not the case refrigerator and AC weren’t working in our room and front desk worker went into our room to see the refrigerator and AC making us feel uncomfortable as we were laying in bed. Didn’t get resolved in the two days we were there. Definitely will not be returning. Wish they’d move us to a better room considering it wasn’t in optimal shape.

Was not sure what to expect but it was a nice surprise. Like the added security with the locked door before entering rooms. Loved the cool shower heads in shower. Nice and clean room. Would definitely come back.

There was nothing I didn't like. I would come again. Loved the breakfasts in the morning where you could sit and eat in a beautiful private courtyard. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Millwood.!!

The property was cleaned and quiet. The surrounding area was cleaned and safe. Uber access and lots of dining restaurants near by. Lots of shopping store in the area. Not far from the San Francisco national airports. The place decor looks more like a resort than a hotel. I would stay again.

It is called boutique, but it is really a nicely refurbished classic old motel. Good beds, good breakfast and coffee, good location (near SFO), but it would have been nice to have some artwork on walls to make rooms less stark. Showers were modernized too.

This was a great find. Nice renovations with good attention to details like soft sheets and towels and sanitized glasses. They put effort into landscaping and safety. I would stay again. Some neighbors were loud and up all night, the only negative.
