It was great and we enjoyed the room and pool.

The property was clean and convenient, staff were good, but other guests were hanging out in the lobby area late in the evening and returned early in the morning. Very rude individuals, just loud conversations with no consideration for other guest. Not the hotels fault, just typical behavior of northerners.

It was okay. Decent for the money.

Staff was friendly. Room needs updated . Carpet had rips and the tub had tear at the top near the ceiling.

Registration staff was wonderful with us and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our room was wonderful. The bed was a little firm. The hall of the hotel smell a little musty.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is going to the Canton area and doesn't mind being out of the city. Strasburg is only 18 miles from Canton. The Ramada was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. We got extra shampoo and towels and garbage bags with no problem. The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Bagels Belgian waffles and cereal, milk juice, tea and coffee. I would have loved to have been served scrambled eggs and bacon or and toast, there was no bread. The location is very convenient. It sits between Family Dollar and McDonald's. Within a mile and a half there are plenty of places to eat. Rosalie's diner is one that I would definitely recommend. They also have a farmer's market and 77 North entrance is within a mile also. When my family comes back to Canton we will definitely be booking here again.

Easy entrance for my disabled husband

Definitely not going to come back. The room was pretty dirty when we first got there and just looked like they just put on new sheets and towels in the room. I had found trash in the ice bucket, around the beds and a few other places. When we were packing up, we even found an old dog toy underneath the bed. The beds felt like I was sleeping on concrete and could barely get any sleep. Plus, the pillows were basically travel pillows with no fluff in them. The pool was was kind of hazy and freezing and the hot tub was just lukewarm water and the jets barely worked. All the front desk receptionist were rude every time I had went up and asked them a question about something (only went up about 3 times my whole stay). I also couldn't even use the coffee maker in the room because it was very filthy. I definitely would not recommend going to this place and it's not worth paying $93/night. I stayed at better places for cheaper.

Our room had a musty urine smell. Led to blankets feeling cool and damp.

Im not sure why but i have requested a ground level room because of my walking disability but have been given a 2nd floor room my lastb2 stays. I would understand if the ground level rooms were all filled with others with disabilities also but what i saw were kids and young adults coming from the ground level room. I wont be patronizing this hotel again.

Hotel had NO one in it on Sunday when I informed that the vibration and noise in my room is unbearable and I can’t rest. She said- “oh it’s my dryers, they will stop in 6 min”. Yea right. Nothing done and dryers continued for the next three hours. Didn’t even suggest to move me. Terrible service / reaction. Pool was cold and hot tub matched.

The best part of the stay was the evening and night staff super friendly!

A bit outdated and kichenette area could have been cleaner.

We were told when we book this room We would have a pull out bed and we did not have this and when we approached the attendant about this we were told there was nothing they could do about it. A member of our party had to sleep on the floor.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell...stale cigarette smoke. It permeated everything. The lady at the front desk was rude when I asked about directions. The room also smelled of smoke, even though it was a no smoking hotel. Very disappointed. Will not be staying there again

The room was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool area was nice. They have live music on Fridays. The hotel is close to many disc golf courses and other fun activities.

Having a free breakfast and daily news paper

The rooms were about 30 years overdue for a remodel and it had a terrible odor that caused me and my wife terrible headaches during the night. I had asked for a ground level room because im a disabled vet but was placed on the 2nd floor room. When check out the clerk was too busy talking to a maid on personal business i had yo ask for her to check me out

We have stayed in this hotel for several years. The location is just perfect for the things we enjoy doing. The staff helpful and friendly. We will be returning next year.

Biggest concern was it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke

Community hot tub was not working and was not told that during initial reservation. Pool looked very cloudy and not clean. I specifically requested a pool and hot tub to be able to use and wasn't able to use because of the dirtiness and the fact that the hot tub was not working. I felt the facility should have let customers know this before purchasing a room!

Nice accommodations. The king bed did feel like the middle was going to swallow us up. However, overall very comfortable stay.

Everyone was super nice except the front desk clerk on Saturday evening. Our room was missed being cleaned and she was rude when we told her. She said nothing I can do about that. No sorry even was offered.

Great place to stay

This was a last minute booking because the hotel we previously booked lost power. The hotel was decent. Hall ways and community areas reeked of cigarette smoke. The place was dated with some newer features. But it was quiet and the shower was good
