Hotel is conveniently located to Midway airport. Is located next to multiple hotels and felt safe. Multiple restaurants located by the hotel. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to/from airport. Bus stop is across the street #54B takes you to the Midway CTA station. You can catch the orange line into downtown Chicago.

We had a super early flight and loved having the option to shuttle to and from the airport and park our car at the hotel for the duration of our trip. it made the travel home a lot smoother.

This hotel is so-so. Room was not very clean. Toilet hardly flushed. Bathtub was clogged. Good thing we only stayed for an early morning flight. Plus $24 to park, heck the airport is only $15.

Daisy at the front desk was an angel to my band of weary musicians. She got us checked in early and we had a very pleasant stay in a well-run property.

It is about 10 min from midway, so that's the best thing i can say about it. When i pulled up there was a homless man sleeping on the front bench of the property with a bottle of alcohol next to him. They had a security guard that walked right past him several times when i was trying to unload my car. The location and property did not feel safe.
Also, they charge a $29 parking fee per day which is not disclosed on hotels.com. With the amount of people walking and hanging in the parking lot, it did not feel secure. They should have paid me to park my car there. Geeesh

Got stuck at midway due to flight cancellation. Chose this hotel and it was very nice. Large clean room. Had everything we needed and free breakfast.

It was a great stay. I would have given the staff 5 stars but the first night we checked in was pleasant enough with us it is was more how she was with another guest. Borderline rude when she had asked about the shuttle. Also service was a little lack luster with the breakfast. I get things run out but for EVERYTHING to be out was not a great look. To have guest come and say "it's all gone. There is nothing" was not great. Otherwise I would consider staying there again. The shuttle was so easy to make use of the subway line.

We love staying here in a junior suite whenever we travel with our adult children. Plenty of room for them to blow up an air mattress with a door between us gives privacy and we all sleep better!

Stayed at the property just overnight to catch an early morning flight. The transportation is included and was early the airport is less than 5 minutes away. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. There were lots of places to eat within a 5-minute walk. Check out was a breeze even though I did this before 4:00 a.m. there was somebody there to help me. This is a great value for the money

My room had a odor coming out of the sink the shower wasn’t clean had hair in it and mold on the shower wall I had to go to the store to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean my room to make myself comfortable.

Located in a hotel complex close to Midway. The airport shuttle is convenient for several hotels and eateries in the same complex. Walkable to other eating options too. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had good water pressure and fast hot water. Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold foods, although the cartons of milk were spoiled. Too bad there was a daily fee to park your car otherwise this was a perfect hotel stay.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, room was clean and comfy. The only thing thay wasn't perfect was that it is right near the airport, while that is a main feature of staying hear, you will hear planes taking off.

I've stayed in quite a few Holiday Inn-branded hotels, and have usually had a good experience. This hotel was a major exception.
The good news is that the staff at this location is really friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the facilities are in rough shape. The bathroom in my room was moldy, a fact that was not only visible, but also smellable. I had to keep the door to the bathroom completely shut so that the entire room didn't smell of mold. The water out of the shower also smelled of sulfur (this is a common problem in Chicago during the summer, but it's extremely off-putting in a hotel situation, especially when combined with the pervasive smell of mold in the room.)
Walls in the building are incredibly thin, and I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the room next door to me, even though my neighbor wasn't being particularly loud. Climate control in the room routinely shut itself off and had to be reset.
For a trip to Chicago during peak tourist season, this was one of the cheaper options out there. Even so, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not the best area as the hotel is right next to the Midway airport but the building was clean and felt safe. Shuttle took us straight to the airport without any trouble.
Beds and pillows are better than other chains I’ve stayed at. Seriously considering becoming a member for discounts and points towards free stays.

This was a great experience, there breakfast was very good. The hotel manager and the staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
