Awesome response from front desk, I requested for plastic stool, they arranged in no time..location superb. Breakfast Awesome. Overall Awesome experience.

Breakfast, room and cleanliness were exceptional

TV was not operating properly, telephone was not working, and had problems connecting to the internet. Had to ask for repairman twice, before correcting these issues. Service was lacking. Needed more staff to accommodate consumers needs. Being compensated for our troubles with a complimentary dinner, that was not nourishing or expected. Pizza and offerings of turkey sandwiches wasn't the best offerings.

Nice location close to plenty of restaurants and overall clean.

Major issue with ants in bathroom and found a couple in bed. Very wrinkled sheets could not tell if they were changed or not and mini fridge did not get cold until next morning. Also lady at front desk when we checked out did not show much empathy at all only offered free beverages and had bad attitude.

Pool was closed

clean, nice sized room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. staff was exceptional! especially Veronica.

parking lot was not well lit uniformly. as a solo female traveler, it was uncomfortable walking through the parking lot after dark.

I didn't like that the pool was down for the bulk of Teo of the days we were there and it was not advertised on the advertisement for them 230pm to 820 pm two of the days you should notify guest of this we were on vacation!!....the sheets and comforters also had stains on them....felt like the Starbucks was false advertisement did not actually have a person to make the actual drinks. It was hotel

When I got there they told me they overbooked and sent me to another hotel.

Pool was a little small

the room was nice and close to the event I was attending

the staff was very rude including the manager. Mot willing to explain anything I asked and double charged me when the manager said my card declined. I can’t get a return to phone from the manager to resolve the issue.

my room was very clean and spacious. great water pressure and shower heads. good breakfast and easy assess to shuttle bus to the downtown area of Chicago! would stay again
