Not sure where to begin, so I will start with CLEAN. When you first walk in, you're greeted to a CLEAN, nicely decorated living/kitchen area. Nothing outdated here. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable as well. All of the amenities you need were available The location was perfect. Literally a 5 minute walk to the village with all of the shops, restaurants, and Mirror Lake A+++ Hope to come back in the future

The owner was a pleasure to work with, no surprises, everything was what they said.

The condo is very conveniently located and a very comfortable spot to stay!

Beautiful condo, well located, close to town. Comfortable living room and beds. Well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful stay with our family. Our only concerns — we could have used additional dresser and closet space to unpack and did not realize until we arrived that the bedrooms lack natural light.

This was a great place to stay for me, my husband and daughter. Ample room, super clean and very well stocked kitchen. All updated and beautifully decorated. Contact with owner was easy and fast. Only negative was no firewood for fireplace despite was was posted on listing but she said she would update that on her listing. And needs to point out that their BBQ is actually in from of their neighbors condo. But that's just nit-picky stuff. We loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. (Skiied Lake Placid- mountain a 15 minute ride from condo. Very easy.) Highly recommend!!

This spot had it all for our ski vacation. Wood burning fireplace, very walkable to town for restaurants, super clean and a lot of space. Penny was a great host! She was responsive and gave us a lot of good recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is extremely cozy and the perfect get a way for family and friends. They have a full stocked kitchen, amazing deck facing a beautiful landscape with a BBQ. Three great sized bedrooms, and washer and dryer. What more would you need?? Penny was a great host, sending us ideas of activities and staying in touch when we needed her. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the unit.

My three friends and I stayed at this property for my friend's 40th birthday celebration. The property is in very close proximity to town, hikes, and area attractions. The property is very comfortable and well appointed. My only complaint is that there was barely any closet space for us to use so we couldn't really unpack. There are dressers but the drawers are very shallow and it's hard to fit anything in them!

A Lovely family place that allowed us to take advantage of all Lake Placid has to offer! This place is close to everything and comfortable for a family to spend time together. Penny was a great host with solid communications and made everything easy for us.

We had a great time in Lake Placid! Housr had plenty of space, lots of supplies for cooking and whatever we needed. We loved having the firewood available for a cozy fire. Perfect landing spot for our winter sports adventure. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed our getaway to the Lake Placid area and this property was perfect. Some of us took the short drive to Whiteface for ski fun and it was also great to be so close to downtown for shopping, restaurants, & groceries. The condo was spacious and comfortable and well equipped for working from home/remote schooling. Thank you Penny and family!

Great spot just off the lake and main street! A group of friends and I had a great time at this very clean and spacious unit with comfortable beds. We walked down to the lake easily, even in the snow. Quick drive to Whiteface Mountain and easy access to supermarket to stock up. The kitchen and living room is great for cooking and hanging out with the group and enjoying a fire.

Went for ski break with my son and the two of us were very happy with the size and cleanliness of the place. Beds were comfortable and convenient to Main Street.

The property exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped and cozy. Wonderful location. Property owner was accessible and extremely helpful - the process was easy. The family wants to book again for next year!
