Our room was great. The staff was good.

It was dirty there was old dog poop in room inside the Fold out couch there were druggies all around the staff was not nice at all. The breakfast was nutrigrain bars and coffee with powder plain creamer and pkgs of sugar. Breakfast was to be from 7 to 9 we got down there at 730 and nothing but old coffee poured everywhere like hungry rats came and took it all in like 5 minutes. On sat they didnt even have anythi g out at all till after 8 ...we just ate out the whe time the one time we found anything it was 1 nutrigrain bar they probably got from the dollar store! We wer told pastries and oatmeal would be provided. Granted the stay was half the price of everywhere else but the facility is filthy and the staff is not polite at all they do nit make you feel welcomed. I will not return nor recommend this place for anyone!

The property was a very good value and exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would have been helpful to know that the kitchen does not have dishes or pans but it was not an issue for me on this trip. The breakfast was grab and go so just pastry and fruit bar or instant oatmeal, I don't recall that being noted when I booked the room but again not an issue for me.

Very nice stay. Good value for the price. Loved the full kitchen but should be noted that dishes and pots were not included.

We needed a place to stay close to home since we had no water in our home due to home repairs. The room was spacious, had a full kitchen, mini dining area. But the sofa was outdated and not comfortable. The bed was even worse, not comfortable which means I got no sleep. But the saying is you get what you pay for. It was a temporary fix and it worked for what we needed.

The did not clean the rooms. They asked for a $50.00 deposit for what?

Hotel has a musty smell. Front desk was not competent.

They put us in a room that was actively under construction

If is a short trip and looking for a quick space for stay this is a very good option . But if u are coming for a week they have better options out there

The hotel was very dirty and stunk. Exterior door by the pool was broken and wouldn’t close. Got to the room and stains of blood and urine on the bed. Pulled out the couch bed to find stains and no bedding but stains on the mattress. I went down and notified the front desk. No notes were taken. Trying to give them a chance I gave them a chance to make it right but they did not. I went to Walmart and bought bedding to cover the bed with as I just travelled 14 hours for a funeral I needed rest. Next day talk to front desk again. I was promised a clean room when I returned. The room was not clear. It was very gross still. I went down and the front desk came up and said yes I see it and it’s very gross. He brought me sheets to cover the bed with. I left him know at that time I would be packing my items up and leaving. Again no notes to the manager. Next morning I called front desk to speak to a manager. Was told he’s not in on more than on occasion. Weeks later they refuse to admit they are wrong or to call me back. RUN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS NASTY & THEY DONT CARE!

The place was under remodel, No breakfast, construction going on. Hard to communicate with the staff.

The absolute worst. Hotel under construction and I couldn’t sleep the entire time due to extremely noisy hotel guests. DO NOT stay here! Smelled so bad and was incredibly dirty. No transit or dining nearby either!

Property was very noisy from the time I stepped up to The front desk until I left the next morning. Seems like more people live there than our hotel guests with door, slamming voices up and down the hall all night long then at six in the morning I actually got shushed when I close my door by the neighbor across the hall,

Room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Hallways dirty, elevator dirty, no housekeeping for 4 nights.

Renovation is going on; dust and construction materials along the hallway; the finishing in the room I had was not done; open sockets in the kitchen area and the room was “bare” and not ready for a comfortable stay.

Very clean. Very nice staff. Booking a room w a kitchen is a joke. Not even a coffee pot, kettle, and zero cups/plates/silverware, etc. Breakfast is oatmeal packets, not-hot coffee, fruit bars. This place may be great for long term stays (i met a woman who lived there for 3+ years).

Unbeknownst to me the hotel is demolishing rooms and rehabbing units. Lots of space for the money. Smells like sweaty feet. Not the cleanest but not nasty filthy make you wanna go somewhere else. View was, well, underwhelming.

First: thier wasnt anyone at the front check in we had to call out is someone here ? Then they werent sure where to assign us a room. Then the room had no coffee pot. Utensil s no covers on the Bed. The curtian was shredded so the lights outside blaired in through the curtian. The bathroom had 1 towel 1 hand towel 1washcloth for 2 People. Called down to the front desk. They asked if we could come down in an hour or so to pick up covers for the bed and towwels. We told them about the room and all they could say was sorry. Ill take care of it. When we returned to our room nothing was done. There was never anyone at the front check inn. No breakfast told us there was vending machines. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.we stayed just to sleep & shower because all hotels around were booked up mothers day weekend we were there 4 days & no room service was done. They even made us pay $50 dollar deposit. I took pictures. Of the room. Wasnt a pleasant stay weve stayed at alot of Wyndham hotels never like this one. Rgds Laura Prescott.

Hotel smelled bad in corridors and rooms.

Overall, it was a decent stay. I enjoyed having a full kitchen inside the room and the room was organized well. However, I was disappointed in a few things. The chair was hard to open and close, it appears that it is slightly broken (see attached pic) and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. I'm sure it was operational, but I wouldn't want to find out the hard way.

The style of the room was cute. Like a little apartment but the room was really outdated. The TV didn't work. The bathroom door and pillow has black marks or hand prints on it. Crumbs were on the couch.
