Staff was friendly and available. The hotel is clean, but dated. My room was loud due to the highway noise. Parking lot is long and narrow, so you may have to walk if the hotel is crowded. Was it worth the price? I would say yes, if you are looking to use the room as a base.

Greeted at the front desk by the sweetest older lady. Her name was Sandra. Enjoyed chatting with her. The rooms were clean and very nice. The inside pool was a nice amenity. The only issue with the whole stay was the bed was uncomfortable. Could not get comfortable at all. Tossed and turned all night. The mattress was very firm.

Greasy substance on the remote, door handles, TV guide, and wall switches. Bed was a king but hard almost as if your laying on a floor; awfully uncomfortable. Then I check out a night early because our power was restored and the rep at the front desk didn’t check me out. Took my room cards back but did not check me out. Why you ask? Because they didn’t want to credit me for the one night even though they knew I was leaving early. The rep couldn’t even get off his personal call to check me out said he would do it and he didn’t. I asked for help from Hotels.com to get the one night credited. They called and of course end result (after 2 days) they could not get a response from mgmt to get a credit. I’m positive it’s because the lovely rep didn’t check me out like he was supposed to so it would appear I was there when I wasn’t. Very bad experience with this place. Don’t stay here staff like this make it not worth it never mind the dirty room and uncomfortable bed. If I could give a “0” I would!!!

I have stayed at this Best Western many times in years past. It was a fine motel. Everything has been updated and remodeled and it is even better now. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, room was very comfortable. Only complaint is the elevator had a nasty smell. We didn’t spend much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal 😄

Advertised as Pet Friendly but it is NOT. Thankfully we did not have to bring our dog, but there is a 150 cleaning fee for having animals.
AC was loud but that was perfect as white noise to drown out freeway traffic.
There were crickets everywhere! Not sure if that is a seasonal thing.
We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which took forever to fill up. Easily 20-30 minutes to get the water level above the jets.

Check in was a breeze. The gentleman at the desk was phenomenal. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. The beds were super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Im looking forward to staying here again.

My initial reservation was for two nights, but after seeing the fitness center I decided to stay an extra night. My only complaint is the smell in the hallway. It might be the carpeting, but the sour odor is a turnoff.
Other than the smell, all of the staff are gracious and professional.
The fitness center has two treadmills, a rowing machine, along with a PELETON BIKE.

The floor was very humid and slippery when we arrived but dried out about a half hour or so of running the ac. We got in late after midnight and after calling the front desk in the morning they accommodated us for another hour which I was very happy about but they did call again at checkout time and asked if we were checking out and then I repeated that someone gave us an extra hour late checkout as we got in late. So that was a little disappointing to get woken up.

Hotel looked a little worse for wear from the outside but even though it appears to be fully renovated on the inside. Really clean, friendly staff, convenient location. It is pretty noisy due to proximity to I-30. Would stay here again.

The building was being painted our entire stay so that got a little loud at times and our window was covered in paper and tape. It was obvious that they are doing a lot to upgrade the property. Our biggest issue was that our floor and especially our room smelled so moldy! I’m guessing maybe that was due to our room being a jacuzzi suite (did not request it). We went and bought some room deodorizer at Walmart and it helped. Aside from that the room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Expected more from a hotel in this area. We had 3 rooms, 1 on each floor. All different updates, but overall just okay.

Booked this for a yearly convention stay and definitely know I won't be staying there next year. The hotel is quite old. Well maintained but had a damp greenery smell throughout the floors. The lobby had a small waterfall with mold and stuff all around it. Fridge in my room had roaches in it and I was scared to sleep in the bed incase something crawls on me. Breakfast was just bland and nothing to write about and had to eat out all 3 days I spent there. Only plus there was that the service was good, no complaints and I had my requests met.
