Room was recently renovated and very nice. Had a modern, cabin vibe.
Pipes were very loud and making lots of noises throughout our time in the room. For the price would have expected better acoustics.

Stayed there for the CU ski ball. The 9th floor rooms have been recently renovated; super comfy bed and the balcony was nice to sit out on with coffee.

Amazing stay and great hospitality. The pool and hot tub could have been more clean but overall a great one night getaway. Love this property and the new remodel of rooms was refreshing!

Stayed as a little weekend getaway and was very happy. We had great sleep and the hot tub and pool were great. Some construction going on in lobby but didn’t impact us. And no construction on our floor. Rooms were updated and very nice and spacious. Restaurant downstairs was great as well.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms. Gorgeous and so tasteful. We were also able to check in early, which was much appreciated. The pools in the summer are also a great way to cool off and one of the reasons we stay at the Omni.

Grounds were great as was the staff. The rooms were somewhat dated and could use some TLC. Our iron and refrigerator didn’t work. The bathroom had no fan and there are very few outlets.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean, poolside table service was slow and the dining options are limited to one restaurant for breakfast and one for dinner and lunch. Breakfast was great, nice buffet. The gym, pool, and hot tub are lovely. Location is convenient and very easy to get in and out of.

We booked a king bedroom at the Omni, when we arrived we were given a room with a double queen, and were told "sorry, we can't get you the room you booked with a king bed, we only have a double queen because your third party booking system doesn't have access to our room inventory." Highly disappointed.

Property was nice. A bunch of children running in the hallway in the evening. Believe sports teams were staying at the same time. Room was nice but hair in the bathroom in the corner. Room service was excellent.

When we first arrived, there was a dead bird on the sidewalk in front of the resort which freaked the kids out a little bit. We originally booked a double queen room, but got a king with a twin instead, which was difficult for a family of four. We didn’t have air conditioning in the room all weekend, and they came up to try and fix it multiple times.

Checked in and had booked two queen beds as we had 4 of us and they gave us a king bed room. As if I wouldn’t notice. Had to go back down and get two rooms with king beds as they over sold their queen rooms. Got to one of the rooms and pee all over the seat.

It took over 2 hours for us to get our food at The Tap Room for dinner. We arrived at 645pm. Our order was taken shortly after we arrived. At 730, 1 server came by with four separate checks asking us if one of them was ours and we said we hadn’t been served yet. At 8pm, our original server asked us if we’d like any dessert or
Coffee, and again, we hadn’t been served. We finally received our food around 840, nearly 2 hours in. I understand there were large parties there and the hotel was packed, but I have to believe that is something you can plan for.

I didnt like that I made my reservation through Expedia over a month before arriving and when i arrived, they said my reservation didnt come through. I had to pay more than what i booked in the expedia website to be able to get a room that night. They gave me a 1 king size bed room when i booked a 1 queen room for a reason. Not happy with Expedia

The hotel was very nice! The room was larger than most rooms I’ve stayed in. I did not travel with a pet but loved that there was a dog bowl and dog treats in the room.

I have stayed at this location many times and this was above and beyond the best. The staff was incredible and made us feel like we were the most important guests there! excited for the updates on the rooms and property!
