The first impression was bad—I entered the room for the first time to find the bed completely messed up. I tried calling the front desk many times but no answer. I walked back to desk and it took a long time to find a comparable room, and no housekeeping staff to make the bed in first room. They said the 3rd floor was closed off for construction but I heard people above me for two days.
I did eventually get another comparable room. The outside is covered with scaffolding. I understand construction but was disappointed there was no warning about it when I booked the hotel, so this is advice for all future guests in the meantime.

Would prefer that airport shuttle service actually exists. Was told that there was only one employee working over the weekend and service not available . Also told that airport shuttle service must be booked 48 hours in advance; this was not possible due to airline delays.

The room was a good size for our family. The pull out couch had a bent frame so it wasn't very comfortable. The air conditioning was good, just had very dirty vents that probably was the reason for the room to smell musty and like dirty feet. Breakfast was good and the gentleman restocking was very friendly and constantly had the food trays filled. Parking is very limited.

It was right by a Costco. I liked that. What I didn't like was the crazy way to try to run the TV. I know you are remodeling and the new carpet was nice. The rest was old and definitely needs the update. It was such a high price for an older hotel. Should have been less until it is all updated. Breakfast was good. Love the sweet rolls! Bathroom is too SMALL.

This was a great hotel. We went on a backpacking trip and needed somewhere to leave our luggage for 4 days. They were so wonderful and stored our bags until we returned from our trip. There are lots of useful resources within walking distance (Target, Costco, Restaurants). The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We love the rooms and only choose your hotel , but this last time in Bozeman we got our room keys and when we opened our room we scared the heck out of the couple that was occupying it. It was fixed and we were giving the right room but it was not a pleasant experience.
