Our checkin & out process was smooth rooms clean and stocked. Staff was kind and accommodating. Also if u need anything everything is that close.

Hallway carpet fairy stained, paint chipping in bathroom ceiling. Reservation for 4 people but only towels for 3 people.

We were pleasantly surprised by our one-night stay here, passing through on our way home to Canada. The hotel is not as new as it appears from the outside, though it does appear to have undergone refurbishment in some areas. It was clean and comfortable, the bed linens were very nice though the pillows are the small postage stamp size (best bring your own) ones. We were welcomed by Kayla, who was very cheerful and friendly. She recommended some restaurants (Maloney's won), and later in the evening while playing a board game in the lobby we had a good conversation with her (while she folded bedding) about the secret to folding fitted sheets, and she offered to change the channel on the tv if we did not want to listen to game shows. Kayla was attentive, down to earth, and we appreciated it. Breakfast the next morning was a little different than many chain hotel offerings - fried eggs appeared, nicely cooked sausages and yummy potatoes! The kitchen area was clean, and well stocked, I loved the brown sugar packets for my oatmeal. Coffee was kept full and fresh, and the "breakfast lady" hovered around making sure all was well. Thank you La Quinta staff! Ya did good!

Other than the carpeting in the hall and room being stained and dingy, the hotel was excellent. Staff was awesome and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Mostly good but noise carries between rooms. Beds too high to sit on. Mattress ok but not the most comfortable. The shower water was warm but not hot.

Why would you build this newish hotel and not install sound insulated windows on the highway side? Noisy! Hall carpets dirty. Shower head leaky. Breakfast ok and front desk friendly

Staff was very friendly! We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely be back. Only disappointments this time was they didn’t have their usual coffee in the lobby, only Folgers….and the beds are showing wear and weren’t as comfortable as normal. But I guess that’s to be expected. Anyway, would recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at la quinta summersville! Great location, free breakfast, nice pool, our room was clean and staff was friendly. Also loved the huge bathtub jacuzzi. Restaurants right across the parking lot, walmart a minute away in the car. Very convenient location.

No peace. Dogs barking, doors slamming, people in common areas talking and laughing into midnight hour. Our room was four away from front desk. Purely circus atmosphere. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Older interior than past La Quinta stay. Used virtual check-in and out. Very convenient.

Girls at the desk Very nice! Breakfast Very good! Place was clean! My room was backed to the highway and next to the public bathrooms and across from the ice machine...it was very noisy!! Plus it made my service dog very uneasy.

We have stayed here several times. It’s great for families, room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Only issue we had was that the wifi in the room was not reliable. Thank you, we will stay here again.

Property was priced right for the amenities they offered vs the Hampton inn which was double. Breakfast was pretty decent and they had a good selection.

Very quiet and clean extremely happy with the experience however didn’t like the cost because of the events happening in town I ve stayed here before for half the price and on a weekend this was a midweek trip to visit sick family and very expensive

It had no phone, beds were too high, received a text if there was anything they can do to make your stay more comfortable please reply here...I requested a step stool for my mom being the beds were too high for her to get in and out comfortably and got no reply, having no phones in the room is not safe , especially for elderly people, not everyone has a cell phone

We noticed back doors were wide open and any person could just walk in, the hot water took forever to come, the elevators were not working well, and internet was slow and not many channels on the TV. I purposely chose this motel because I wanted a bit nicer motel for my family on vacation. It was very very clean the staff was really nice and helpful and we loved the automatic pancake maker

Great place to stay in a great place to stop.

Wasn't impressed upon arrival to learn that the hot tub was not functional. When travelling on the road there are certain reasons why you book motels and that was a huge consideration for us when booking this spot. BUT the manager turned it around for us, upgraded us to a suite. Although it wasn't a solution it definitely helped that he recognized our disappointment and we moved forward with a nice stay.
