They listed an indoor heated pool. The pool is empty and has no water! The hotel is very dirty. The rug when you enter is so disgusting, I am surprised they even have it there! I requested a refund before checking in because we checked out the pool and seen it didn’t have water. Hotels.com needs to start checking the facilities they are working for because they are lying about amenities and conditions of hotels!

For the cost it was great. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but the shower was hot. Disappointed that they didn't have the hot breakfast on Sunday, but the waffle maker worked and the assortment of cold breakfast was good.

I wanted a hotel with an indoor pool. The whole reason I got a hotel was to swim in the pool. Hotels. Com showed they had a pool and it did not say under maintenance. When we got there they told me the pool is closed for maintenance. I was upset but I was offered no discount or anything

This is my second stay at this hotel in less than 2 weeks. The staff and manager on duty when above and beyond to deal with the case that the breakfast cook did not show up. I appreciate this and would recommend this hotel to others

Everything was excellent from the staff who worked to make it easier to check in a bit earlier. The hotel is in pretty great shape with a great breakfast area. Staff was very nice throughout. Room was remodeled and excellent. I love that there is carpet in hallways and rooms, with nice tile in bathroom. Shower was perfect. The bed was amazing!! Perfect comfort. The only issue was the musty/smoky smell of the air conditioner unit. Thats the only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars!

Unfortunately there was hole behind the main door to the room. I don’t understand why the room would be rented when damaged. There was some trash on the floor by the bed. The breakfast was good and the lady is the kitchen was pleasant.

Our stay was not great. We arrived at 8:45pm on check-in day to find our room had been double booked. There were 3 of us staying so they offered a Queen room and a roll away bed when we were supposed to be in a 2 bed king room and 10% off. We told them we wanted more than a 10% discount because the roll away was like sleeping on a board. The key card readerwent bad as well. They had to give us there key until it was fixed. We left the next day to go to the event we were in town for and when we returned they magically had switched us to the room we were supposed to have. While this was nicewe ended up having trouble with the bathroom door not wanting to close unless you push with all your weight. Later that evening I left the room and the entire hallway smelled like Marijuana. Its legal in Missouri but it was a no smoking allowed in the rooms and the rest of the hotel. All in all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here several times over the years. While everything was clean this trip, the room is showing its age and needs some updating. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Upon arrival, 2 staff members sat outside smoking. They watched us pull into a spot and go inside. They watched us look around for someone at the front desk. We waited 5 minutes before they finally came in and greeted us. We booked a 2bd room with a pull out couch, but for a roll away bed instead. It was like pulling teeth to get sheets and a pillow for the roll away.

I was told there was a hot breakfast included in the rate of the hotel. Instead it was a continental breakfast. We decided to book the hotel because of the pool, accepting pets and them having the hot breakfast which would have been $40 if getting fast food such as McDonald's. I feel like I overpaid my room. I would like some kind of reimbursement. Please.

While Quality Inn is generally one of my favorite hotels this visit had some challenges that would make me never come here again. The ease of booking through hotels.com blew up when we arrived and the employee said we had no reservation and could not help me as it was an outside booking. Hotels.com virtual chat attempted to help but the desk clerk put them on hold and then stated they were not getting through. When I asked why you were put on hold instead of answered because I was there waiting she said the manager told her to. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she wouldn’t be in for another half hour. Without options as the hotel refused to help or even communicate with hotels.com I was forced to pay again . It appears the hotel only offers to help customers who book directly through them. I will not stay at this hotel again because of the poor customer care.

The room was a no smoking room but smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Strong smell of cigarettes. The phone in the room was dead. Told the front desk twice.

For starters the floor was wet from frigerator in rooms we had so our feet got wet. Toilet never stopped running, no tv would work, smelled like urine. Complained they said they would have someone come in never did. We was there for graduation from military. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I have never given a bad review but this was pathetic. My mom fell nothing was filled out or even ask if she was ok. She isn’t by the way!! Poor facilities oh and had to get keys redone from not working over 6 times.

The hotel was decent quality for the price, but what was unacceptable was no hot water the entire time for our stay. I thought maybe the hot water ran out but when I got up in the morning, me and my family were greeted to another cold shower. I was not satisfied.

A very pleasant stay. Easy to find. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Rooms were clean and beds made every day plus fresh towels.

When we first got to the hotel the girl didn't know what she was doing. She ran my card twice. Last morning got a call at 7am saying my card would not go through and I needed to bring another card. I let them know I would not provide another card when it had already been paid. They continued to say they wanted another card or the same card to run again. Just so we could leave I paid in cash. Got the bill and reciept signed and dated.This is ridiculous and I am not the only one this has happened too at this Quality Inn! I dont usually put reviews but I dont want this to happen to anyone else! Breakfast was substandard. Light over sink didnt work. Would not recommend to anyone!
